5 stars because corndogs . I want to give them one star because every time I go there and buy cheese sticks they never give me my marinara and I mean ever I've asked for it over and over I get my bag I look in it no damn marinara. thankfully I stopped just going home and eating my food I just open it up right then there in front of them and shame them for the lack of marinara that they have given me or not giving me rather. I mean how many times can someone take not getting marinara with their cheese sticks I mean it's like it's like it's part of the meal I'm just stunned and I can't even talk you can tell I think they call it panic disorder yeah I'm having a panic disorder right now I'm disordered panicking about not having marinara with my cheesesteaks look at what you guys did You got me panic disordering or something now I'm going to go disorder order food and panic about it some more like we all go to McDonald's and I'll ask for tacos and then when you don't have tacos I'll throw a big fit and then they have to get me tacos with a guy has to go and drive over to Taco Bell and get them then come back and hand them to me cuz I'm like not moving till I get my damn tacos so this what you did Sonic Just remember the damn marinara and we won't have no problems okay or else I'll start coming to your spot asking for pizza okay now I'm going to go over to Arby's and ask for some spaghetti when they don't give it to me they ask why am I doing this to them cuz he didn't deserve it I'll say Sonic sent me Sonic sent me with no marinara but I have a bag full of cheese sticks then I'll lift them up shake them a little bit six of them in a bag so it's going to make a bunch of noise bunch of empty space in there you know six mozzarella sticks to shaking them around and stuff and they'll know instantly that I am right and that they're going to get me some pizza oh wait no spaghetti yeah they're going to give me some spaghetti and all this stuff it in that...

Placed online order at 6:00 pm to be picked up at 6:45. Arrived at 6:37 and the online service showed our order was ready in the kitchen and to check in once parked. Talked to the attendant, told us our order would be right out. 10 min later an order was brought to our car and it wasn’t our order at all. Girl told us she would go inside and bring out the correct order for us. We never saw her again. Pushed the button again of which the girl who answered stated really quickly that all stall service was now closed and we could go though the drive through. Pushed the button again and made her listen to us and she said she would be right out of which she did. Went back into find our order once again and came out empty handed telling us they had no order for our name or items. Pulled the order up on my phone while she went in to bring a “manager” out of which he turned out to not be whom I showed the order on my phone so he could verify it was the correct Sonic and it was all correct then started giving us all these excuses as to why or what could have gone wrong. asked him if he’s the manager on duty of which he said but that the one there tonight was too busy to come outside. We asked to speak to him after being told his name is Miles and this guy went back inside to have him come to our vehicle. After sitting there for 5 minutes waiting, Miles never came out. We were not the only ones not being answered or receiving our food that we had already paid for. Very very poor unacceptable customer service with a lot of kids running that place. Very poor choice and decision on the manager of this Sonics behalf to entrust your business in such hands. A lot of disappointed and upset folks left there to go elsewhere and we will not visit this Sonic again! The store manager needs to spend work hours inside to see just what he/she has running...

Onion rings were good but that was the ONLY item that was edible! The "large" chili cheese tots was only half full, a big chunk of the container was ACTUALLY empty. It was like they spread a small portion thinly along a large container. My burger was very bland, honestly it was inedible. I only ate half of it which depresses me because I hate to waste food. The American cheese was disgusting and I love American cheese, I'm not picky about it but something about it was just so bland and flavorless like it added absolutely nothing to the burger. The burger patties were like pucks, rubbery, flavorless, spongey, no seasoning or salt or grill flavor NOTHING only the vague texture of eating something meat-like. The bacon was chewy and tasted like fake bacon bits, very hammy tasting. They skimp on toppings, only a couple little chunks of onion and a couple pickles (toppings actually cost extra btw). I individually tasted each bit of burger and it all tasted like nothingness! The most flavorful part was the ketchup. Honestly I was super disappointed. I will try the tots again another time, but if this happens a second time I will not go back. Sonic down south is delicious, the last time I had Sonic three years ago while visiting Texas the food was great. It was hot, flavorful, tasty, well-made, the OPPOSITE of this location. Now people out here on the west coast eat this garbage and think it's what Sonic is supposed to be like. You guys should be ashamed...
