I ordered some food for my family and wanted it delivered since it had been a long day and everyone was to tried to drive. After 30min I tried to contact my delivery driver and no answer so I called the 1800 help service number. They gave me a 25% refund and assured me my delivery would arrive soon. After a full hour of waiting I called and texted my dasher with still no response I called the 1800 number again where i was being helped only to get hung up on twice, now rightfully frustrated I call the actual store number where I couldn't get anyone to answer. And with it approaching 90min waiting for my order I called the 1800 number again to get some answered. They only information I was able to get was that my dasher was off line and can't be reached they said that I can still wait for my order or get a full refund canceling my order. After several minutes debating they hung up and i received a email with my order canceled my and gave a full refund. Read moreMy husband stopped there to pick up a quick dinner for our family. After sitting in their lobby for 45 min he brought home 2 pizzas. One that literally had no bottom crusts, it was light cheese stuck to the cardboard box. We didn’t even get cheese on our pizza barely. When I called to complain so I can get the pizza replaced ( to feed our kids) the girl told me that she can’t give it to me. The person who ordered it and picked up the order would have to come back and pick it up with ID. I explained that my husband has a long commute home and does not want to come back so he is sending me to get the replacement pizza. I asked for the supervisor. She then expressed the same thing and stated it was their policy. Nothing she could do.I also asked if it was an online delivery would it be sent back out? However I am not a fan of the service at the Chehalis location after a recent interaction I had. I went to order the Slices and Sticks and was puzzled when the price was NOT $6, but almost $9. That in and of itself is not a big deal to me, prices of products increase all the time. What IS a big deal to me is manners. When I politely commented "I thought this item was only six dollars, did the price increase?" the cashier very rudely retorted "NO. The price has ALWAYS been this high...the $6 was TEMPORARY as part of the PROMOTION." What a disrespectful response to a genuine good-faith question. It was not advertised that the $6 price was temporary, so how was I to know it wasn't the actual price?
