We had a 7:15pm reservation But did not conceded until 4:45 pm. We sat down at our table with a group of 10 after waiting 30 minutes extra to be seated Then we sat there for almost 15 minutes before the waitress came over to our table. She finally took our drink orders and one in our group ordered appetisers which took almost 30 minutes to get. Then she finally took our dinner order, which took about 25 minutes Then our waitress spent most of her time in the bar putting glasses and other Dish dishware away totally ignoring us or seeing if we wanted another beverage We had to actually ask her for another round of drinks, and break her away from putting glassware and such in the bar away Then when she came out and gave us our bill, she said there was already a 20% gratuity added for groups of our size So she never really had to work for her tip at all. She was terrible and not attentive at all to her customers. But I guess when your tip is guaranteed, your Service can suck and you...

I made reservations for five almost two weeks in advance, but at 6:15pm on a Friday night the place was not busy at all. However, when we arrived they had us crammed together at a four person table. (The tables remained empty while we were there too). Our server dropped our drinks, took our order and then wasn’t seen again until we asked for the check. Having the table right next to the bar top where we got to stare at plumber butts throughout dinner was a real bonus. Paid over a hundred dollars for some salads and a kid burger. Save your money and go...
Read moreBig fans of Karma, and this was our first trip to the Albatross. The fish and chips was good, and what was interesting is that the fish seemed to either be dipped in mustard or made with mustard powder in the batter. It was different but interesting. The fries and ranch also had a mustard seasoning, which was a little much but ok. We had the steamers which we love - made w/ Karma's Chardonnay. Sliders were solid for the kiddo, but not many options for the little one.
Staff had great service too. It was a challenge with the kiddo since the seating was only tall bar type stools on the terrace only. It felt more bar like, and of course catered more to the golfers.
I would return, but probably wouldn't be first choice especially...
