Brick House Pizza North — Restaurant in Chelmsford

I ordered a bbq chicken pizza with extra toppings. 2 of the extra toppings were missing. We called back and they said they would make a new one. My Husband told her what we ordered again. We asked if they wanted the old one back in they said no. Then I get a phone call from a VERY RUDE older woman, saying they want it back. I told her we already ate some of it. She then proceeded to say "so you ate the pizza and now you wanna free one?!?!" I told the woman..."No, we did not eat it all and explained to her there were 4 people so, 4 pieces were missing because we each had a piece. We drive back to pick up our second pizza. We open the pizza and it had a topping missing along with red sauce, not barbecue!!! I reminded my husband when he was ordering to make sure there was "No red Sauce, just BBQ" which he did. When I called back for the 3rd time, the girl stated I read it back to him, and definitely asked if he wanted red sauce. I reiterated I know he told you no red sauce just barbecue because I was telling him in the background. I will never order from these rude people who can't even get a pizza order correct again! Ordered at 4:12pm and never got my food. Called Doordash around 6pm to cancel.

in between though, starting at 4:12pm my orders time kept being pushed back. My lunch was at 5pm and still no food. Called at 5:26PM and asked about my order. Was told that they have no control over who gets assigned and when they deliver but couldn't give me a status as to if my food was there or not. I tried calling Doordash and then was called right back saying that the food was still there. This was at 5:31pm and i noticed my status on Doordash changed and then changed again as if they forgot the order was sitting there. There was a dasher assigned to the order previously and then it changed and was picked right when i called Doordash at 5:31pm to cancel because it said the driver would get there at almost 6pm but of course with Doordash's horrible customer service I got to cancel at 5:50pm. We absolutely love Brickhouse. It's become a staple of ours since moving to Lowell. It took us forever to find good pizza, and in comes Brickhouse. Calzones, pizza, subs, Cesar salad, and chicken fingers have all been amazing. I have also enjoyed their tuna salad in a wrap and on the house salad. Their Greek dressing reminds me of the sub shops on the North Shore (a great thing). I even order this for my staff sometimes when I treat them to lunch.

Whoever runs their social media is very professional and kind. I messaged them with an issue that occurred a few times with delivery, and not only has it not been a problem since, but they offered a gift for the troubles. If I had a qualm, it would be that 8 out of 10 times, we don't get the extra sides of sauce or dressing that we order, but it's honestly become a running joke in our house of whether or not we will.
