what the heck is wrong with you people why is it that you guys always shut down the drive-through you should have two drive-through running out all times you should have two people with headsets two people the register waiting for the customers hire some new high school students if not some people that want to work as much as they wanna to breathe you hire a bunch of people that don’t really need to have a job a job so they can buy what they want, but do they really want the job for the job itself or do they only care about the money? See the problem with that is that you need workers that want to be at work rather than be at home, everybody wants to be with their family yes, but you must love to be at work to actually perform work efforts at its fullest you hire workers that don’t want to work as much as they want to breathe so of course they don’t really care they will use their phones and chitchat with each other like they’re at school. You are at work not at home so there shouldn’t be laughing and giggling between each other if it’s not work related like you are taking forever to serve food to people because you rather have conversations about social media and nonsense crap like I want to see the speed production at this location to be increased by 20% more than what it is when is being operated at 15% when it should be at 100. Apparently you guys couldn’t do large fries today or whatever the case maybe so I got a large meals and they said they’re still going to charge me the large meals but only give me a large drink I said that’s fine whatever even though it’s not my fault you guys cant produce a large fry..! I told them what they should do is give me two medium fries or a medium fry and small fry to make a large fry..the guy told me no that’s not allowed we can’t do that! Literally wasted like 45$ and then he gave me the food and the fries all over the bag and the medium not even filled like least you could do is fill the medium?! And then I bought a 20 piece nugget and I’m like my sauces please and he like here gave me 2 and I’m like I have 20 piece nugget he like I will give you another but next I have to charge you. Mind you when I come home open my food.. Sesame seed bun on my Mcchicken & Chesseburgers (my kids don’t like them) BigMac has not drip of Mac sauce? This is my first online review. Had a rather unpleasant experience at this particular McDonald's this afternoon. Went in with family. The place was practically empty except for us and one other group of customers who have almost finished their meal. Ordered a double quarter pounder on the kiosk. They brought me a single. I didn't realize it until I took a bite. Took sometime to find the receipt and confirmed that the fault wasn't mine and talked to the manager about it. He apologized and said they will bring a new one to me. I didn't think too much about it. I've been served wrong items before and it's an easy mistake to fix. So I went back to my seat and expecting them to bring me the correct burger. A minute later, a lady came, threw down a single patty on a disposable plate, said "here you go, an extra patty", turned around and left. I was dumbfounded. So this is how they fix their mistakes? While I don't go to McDonald's and expect Michelin star services, I don't think this is how any restaurant should treat their customers, especially when it's to fix a mistake of their own.
