Do not purchase anything from this Dunkin Donuts Manager and Wife was very rude and unprofessional. I ordered breakfast in drive thru my order was a small coffee black cream and Splenda on the side and a blueberry donut. I drive off still in parking lot. I received a glaze donut instead had to get back in drive thru because doors was lock to enter the store. Manager. VERY RUDE gave me a donut that appeared to be eaten by a mouse and my coffee had slime floating on top. I realized this once I got home. I called to speak to manager I was hung up on. I drove back to the store to show them my donut and coffee was spoken too VERY RUDELY that I had to call the police to make a report. The native american man who always work the drive thru window is so rude and always seem to have an nasty attitude. I been going to this DD for 3 yrs 7 days weeks and yesterday will be my last! Thank god a new DD open up a few blocks away even thou that DD will be out of my way I'll rather spent my money where I am appreciate and don't have to deal with someone with unpleasant attitude especially if I spending my hard earn money 7 days a week there. I always have to ask for a receipt and receive a glare like how dare you ask for a receipt from the man who works the window yesterday I had to ask him 3 times for my receipt and he forgot to give me my hash browns. Needless to say that was the straw that broke the camels back and refuse to spend anymore money...

Cannot stand this location. Today was it for me. I've given them one too many chances. Theres always a long wait at the drive thru, even if theres one car in front of me. They constantly get my order wrong, even ones I order through the mobile app, the employees have the "I don't care" attitude, which shows everytime I have to ask for a straw with my iced coffee.
Today I ordered a medium iced coffee, when I finally got to the window after 10 min (only two cars in front of me should not have taken so long) I was given a small and was told "we dont have medium." This couldve been said sooner and I would've asked for a large.
I went to another location after this and told my story. Even they said they heard bad things....
