The super tall and skinny girl here (I think her name is Cassidy) is so unprofessional. I ordered an Oolong Milk Tea here and when I received the drink I can immediately tell that it wonāt taste right based off the color. Regardless, I tried it first before saying anything to make sure. The oolong milk tea was so bland and tasted extra creamy. Usually I would not say something because I used to be a barista myself. But, it was more than 3 times that whenever I order from here my drinks are inconsistently made. So this time I addressed it. And when I did, the girl rolled her eyes at me and said āwell if I remake it then itāll just taste the sameā .. As she was saying this to me, she had one hand on her waist and her other hand holding the drink. Her demeanor and tone was absolutely unacceptable as a customer. I always order the same thing and just ask that they hold the boba without any issues. I came to this store however and was told flatly that this drink HAS to have boba in it and they wonāt take it out because itās in the description. I asked if they could just not put in? Like when you make it, just donāt put in boba? Was told no. Even if they save money themselves by using less ingredients for the same money. Even though all the other stores will do it? You have 1000 customization options in your menu but a customer canāt just ask for something included in the price to be not put in?
