Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cheltenham Township

This was my first visit here because of the drive thru and I will never go back. I made a purchase of $13.45, gave the cashier $20.45, expecting $7 change. When I informed the cashier that I didn't get my change he begins insisting that he gave it to me. I explained the he didn't to which he begins acting really annoyed and cuts me off when I speak. I turn my car off because I can see he's not listening and he closes the window as a person I think is his super comes over. Through the window I can here him tell her that I turn my car off and is demanding money. This annoys me because I only wanted to explain what happened. He comes back annoyed and shoves the $7in my face. I tried to explain that if I had my change I would also have my receipt which he didn't give me. 08/11/2023 went through drive threw around 6:30am. The quality of the food was satisfactory but the person servicing the window had very little to no customer service skills. After receiving my food I asked for napkins(none was in the bag) ketchup and a extra jelly with a knife. the worker at the window told me that it will be 50cent for these items with a attitude without even looking up from his phone and I gave him the money. The worker gave me a plastic knife with no plastic touching the top with gloves or a napkin after handling money. still no napkins and the jelly. when I then asked for ketchup again he then proceeded to grab a handful of ketchup and throw it at me. I SAT WAITING FOR 3 TO 4 MINUTES WITHOUT A RESPONSE OR GREETING. I WAS TRYING TO INFORM THE GUY AT THE WINDOW. HE WAS AGGRESSIVE AND GOT IRATE IMMEDIATELY.
