McDonald's — Restaurant in Cheney

This was the MOST horrific McDonald's experience I've had hands down. We stopped in here on Tuesday around 4:30 ish after I'd just had emergency dental surgery a double root canal, crown and filling. I was hungry and wanted something cold and also needed to use the ladies room. OMG 😱 these were the nastiest bathrooms I'd seen in forever if I wasn't in a hurry and in pain. I'd of taken pictures of BOTH nasty overly plugged backed up toilets for this review " not a single toilet was unplugged". You could tell they had been plugged for a while and people kept using them. On top of all the torn up toilet paper all over the floors. It looked like a campground bathroom or as my partner would say a frat house bathroom. When I came out of the restroom and told him how awful it was He told me that the men's bathroom was in similar condition and typically he's not one to complain about much of anything or criticize. So it had to be in quite poor condition as he said it looked like a frat house bathroom. As if it wasn't bad enough, the restaurant was filthy itself. Every table was dirty " so we had to take our food to go- thankfully they gave us no choice in that option as they had already bagged our food without even giving us that option". Most of the tables were out of place If they weren't attached to the ground they were all shifted like the seats were 5 ft away from the tables themselves. Food, used napkins etc all over them. Which was a shame because you could tell it's a new McDonald's and a beautiful one at that gorgeous interior which is totally not being taken care of. You can tell no one cares about the place. It was absolutely trashed. The bathrooms were disgusting. The restaurant was disgusting. I shudder to think what actual back end looked like. But I was in a ton of pain. I just wanted to get my food and get out " hence the late review". You would think the complaints would stop there but they didn't as we stood in line waiting for our food. There were some black kids around 16-20 that that stood behind us. Taunting me calling grimace over and over and over again. Obviously hoping for a response out of me 40+ plus-year-old woman who just had massive dental surgery. I wasn't interested in engaging with my half paralyzed swollen face but honestly it just made the place look even worse that none of the employees took notice to the kids repeated shrieking of grimace in the sales line and intervened. I've worked retail, I would have told those kids that if they can't respect fellow customers then they would be asked to leave. But again, like I said it didn't seem like anyone in the restaurant really gave a rip about anything. I was just there trying to get a milkshake, to ease some of the swelling and discomfort. All in all, the employees seemed very disinterested in their job. Everybody was very casual. Nonchalant buddy, buddy. Half of them didn't seem to even be in uniform.

This place needs New Management or Management on shift at all hours to go with its new interior. I really should have taken pictures and video. This place was shocking. I mean the bathrooms were horrid backed up poop filled nightmares. These may have well look gravity toilets. Employees who don't care, a restaurant where you can't sit and eat, and then while you're in line, you can get harassed by teenage punks. This place is a real treat all the way around. Highly recommend just you going through the drive-thru if you have to eat. Spare yourself...

Updated The worst McDonald’s ever!! It needs to be closed down for real. Monkeys could run a better business. This visits low lights. 15 minutes in the drive thru. What’s taking so long? We get to the intercom to order. We give our order code. They ask for our order code. We give our order code again. They ask for our order code. We give our order code AGAIN. We are asked what we would like to order. We can’t see the order screen because the last person’s order is still up. We are told their screen is broken and has been for awhile. Com’on man I JUST watched the screen put the last cars order up. So since no order screen I ask what the specials are…crickets. I ask again what the specials are… crickets still. I say “hello”, I’m told to go ahead and order. I ask what the specials are. You guessed it…more crickets. I have to laugh because an episode of Punked couldn’t come up with something this ridiculous. I finally just leave the drive thru because apparently not only is the order screen broken but so is the order taker. I would have just left but my 3 year old grand daughter wants her happy meal. I order her happy meal and ask for apples. I’m told they are out of apples. Well naturally they are. We get her happy meal. Granddaughter is happy. Guess what? There are apples in her happy meal. Even when they got everything so wrong, they did get that right. I’m glad they were out of apples.

Previous visits…

I don't know what happened to this location but it has gone down hill in the last few months. On my last couple visits I thought I was on an episode of Punked. Last visit I remembered the previous visits as I pulled up to the drive thru. I was like "oh damn, this is THAT McDonald's!" Too late tho because someone had pulled up behind me. I had to stay and prayed it would be better. LOL NOPE!!!! Previous visit:. Person on the intercom "Yo, whatcha want?". Me:. "uh, okay". Takes order, order takes FOREVVVVER, order ALL wrong!! All the while 2 year old in car seat crying "I hungry" Super pleasant...

I have a problem with this Mcdonalds Restaurant almost EVERYTIME I go there or my family goes there...! It gets resolved typically but not until AFTER a phone call explaining how UNHAPPY I truly am...!!! A few times though I called to tell them what they had done wrong with my order and was told that they were not able to help and/or fix it since I didn’t have the receipt 🧾 which I explained I was never given a receipt...! The ONLY reason we continue to even go there is due to the travel time. It SIMPLY is the closest to where we live.! And TONIGHT is no exception...!!! We went through the line and got our order we had placed. Which INCLUDED 2 Shamrock Oreo Mcflurries with extra Oreo.! When we finally get home and situated to pray and then eat we noticed not ONLY did our McFlurries NOT have the green Shamrock ☘️ ingredient but they were HALF MELTED. We have tried MULTIPLE TIMES to call them to explain the situation but we have called since 4:18pm u til present time now or 5:14pm. And NOBODY will answer the phones at the Restaurant at all for some reason...??!!!!!!! I think I might just go above ALL THEIR HEADS AND CALL THE MAIN OFFICE FOR ALL THE WASHINGTON MCDONALDS RESTAURANTS...!!! This is the WORST customer service we have EVER HAD...!!!!!!! A lot of our complaints come from them simply not putting on the extra pickles that we pay extra for. Or simply giving out youngest a cheeseburger with ONLY KETCHUP AS REQUESTED...!!! Not sure as to what the issue is now as to WHY they are not answering their phones for OVER AN HOUR NOW...??? But this is getting a little...
