Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cheraw

If I could leave less then one star, I definitely would have!!!!! But this review is directed towards the second shift at Domino's Pizza in Cheraw SC. The delivery service is terrible to put it nicely. After poor service before from that shift, my family and I decided to give them another chance. BAD DECISION ON OUR PART! On September 20, 2022, my wife placed an order at exactly 6:29pm. At 7:39pm, I called to cancel the order because it was over an hour and the delivery had not arrived. They gave no excuse, no apology, no nothing!!!!! If (and that's a big if) I ever order from that particular Domino's, IT WILL NOT BE PLACED WITH THAT DEBACLE KNOWN AS A SECOND SHIFT...

Placed and ordered but before I placed the order I specifically asked did they deliver in my area I was told yes so I went forward in ordering my food which was a Philly sandwich nd tater tots I waited for and hour just to get told they don't deliver but I ordered nd was given a total of $21 I'm very disappointed because they have been deliveries in the area I stay in and they come faithfully without any hesitations I'm very dissatisfied with the service and managers of this...

Ordered and paid online for carside delivery…. Order was supposed to be read ready by 5:42 … waited for over 15 minutes then called directly … stated they would bring it out…. Waited again for approximately 15 more minutes and called again….. asked me to come in …. I said i was not dressed properly to come in that is why I ordered carside….finally at 6:26p got my cold order with no apology or anything!! Shame, we liked Dominoes and ordered...
