Panda Pavilion Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

This is my first time eating here. I got the lunch special general tso Chicken with the white rice platter and egg drop soup. The restaurant itself could use a little bit of an upgrade. It does look a little bit run down, however when I got the food it tasted pretty good. The wait time wasn't that long. It took about a total of 15 minutes for my food to be finished. You can't beat that deal. I only pay $14 and some change because having this soup add-on was only $0.92 extra. As I was sitting in the restaurant eating my food, I noticed that a lot of customer who came in there who made the online order definitely did not do the order properly and got mad at the store and we just leave abruptly without paying. And I don't know why people say the food isn't good or a taste. Not fresh but my general tso chicken was delicious and and flavorful. However, I did ask for extra spicy on my food but it tastes pretty mild. Slightly pretty spicy but nothing to be special about. However, the rice was delicious. The food overall was really good and definitely I would go back. I think people should start ordering in person instead of online because I'm not sure if their system is that up to date because it took them awhile to get someone else's order while I was waiting there. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pick up meal. when I arrived home, the rice was burnt, dry, tasted old, and flat out disgusting. The chicken was cold and had no flavor. I called them, told them what happened, and was told to bring my food with me when I come back to the restaurant, if I would like an exchange. When I arrived, they did not Apologize for the situation. Instead, they had a terrible attitude. They plopped my bag on the counter, with sauce dripping down the bag, and walked to the back. My second visit for take out at The Panda Pavillion, food is good. Service stinks from that little lady in there (owner maybe) just nasty for no apparent reason at all. I asked for a hot sauce and she jumped all over me and said she gave me 1 that I have to pay for the 2nd one which I agree, I hand her my card and she barked at me and said I have to pay cash which I dont walk around with but since I got 2 meals I should have 2 hot sauce but she is ok with a customer leaving unsatisfied rather than making an exception.
