If I could give -0 stars I definitely would!!! Bojangles is an expensive place to buy chicken....with that being said I spent $50 for food I PRESUMED would be AT THE LEAST OK!!! Well... Tiffany is an awful manager the way she runs her shift is lazy!!! They gave me hard biscuits (after I asked them if they were fresh) and then had the odasity to tell me that I always complain!! Let me remind you I spent half of $100!!!!! That IS MOST DEFINITELY something to complain about for dry Chicken (which I didn't even mention). And hard biscuits!!!! Customer service is important PEOPLE!!!!! Word of mouth is EVERYTHING!!!! SO PLEASE DO NOT FEED PEOPLE FOOD YOU KNOW DANG ON WELL YOU WOULD NOT EAT YOURSELF!!! AND FYI TO MS KENNEDY ....YOU MAY NEED TO TAKE THE CLASS AGAIN FOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!! JACQUELINE IF YOU ARE TIRED THEN YOU SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THERE! Read moreCame through drive through ordered a couple combos for my family I didn't want anything because every time I order something it seems worse than the last time sadly. I decided so I didn't go hungry to just get some bo tato rounds. When I got them they were not only barely warm but they were hard. I asked if it would be possible to get fresh ones made. The young lady at the window was super nice and just asked me to pull around and they bring him out when they were ready. I've waited for fresh ones multiple times after getting old ones so I know they take about 6 or 7 minutes to cook. About 3 minutes after I parked young lady came out handed me another bag. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt that they'd had some cooking already I work in fast food even if the time had made me suspicious it was immediately obvious that they had just taken the old rounds and thrown them back in the fryer to warm them up. Read moreWalked in 6:50pm tonight - 1 family on the dining room - 1 lady at the counter having just ordered. 4 staff visible from the front counter where we’re standing in full view of ALL of them. Biscuit man was in his window- he gets a pass. Manager (presumably) and 3 others were working the line and the drive thru. Not sure which was taking orders at the front because … not once did anyone acknowledge our presence for a full 3-4 minutes. There were 4 cars in the drive thru. 5 orders in the monitor ( 4 drive thru and one at the counter). It’s not that they were “busy” or short staffed - no one spoke! “We’ll be right with you” or even made eye contact! A 2” shift of the gaze puts you eye to eye with me looking over the counter. Walked out. If it takes that long to even recognize that you have a customer then the food wait will be way too long. Too many other options to consider this a good one. We thought since it is a new open… nope. Manager needs to be replaced or retrained...
