Great China — Restaurant in Chesapeake

• Update* Went to purchase 5 regular egg rolls 2 shrimp egg rolls ( that looked as if they carefully placed 1 shrimp in each roll wrapped around tons of cabbage) and when the lady called my order she stated pork however when her daughter called back my order before I paid she did not state that pork was in the egg roll. The mother caught an attitude and asked what did I expect for it to be... umm not pork normally that is stated so she tried to give me spring rolls which are clearly smaller than egg rolls, I explained that Maybe he should include the fact that their "regular" egg rolls include pork, everyone dosen't eat pork she looked at me in disbelief. This was my first and will be my last time coming here. I don't judge people off of what they eat and don't eat and I take pride in explaining ingredients in food not assume that everyone eats everything. Not all chinese food is the same, lesson...

The food here was not good at all. 1st, half my order was missing. I recieved neither the lo mein nor the rice I ordered. 2nd, the egg rolls were drenched in so much grease they bled through the wrapper they came in AND through another 2 more layers of paper towels. 3rd, both orders of fries were ACTUALLY undercooked that they were literally falling apart just by picking them up so I had to recook them myself. There was also a piece of very VERY cooked chicken mixed in with my fries which ALSO had some weird black specks in it that I'd presume to be pepper but at this point it's more than likely burnt food remnants from the fryer they likely cook both their french fries and chicken in. These people hung the phone up on me several times after complaining about my order. The fact of how sleazy & unprofessional they handled the situation turns me off enough to NEVER come back. There’s plenty other Chinese restaurants to support rather than here. Through DoorDash I ordered takeout and called to add an order of chicken wings. He said he’d simply add the wings to the same bag as the order and took my card information. Instead of wings he put eggrolls in the bag. Maybe the eggrolls are cheaper for him I don’t know but it was very cunning. I guess since it’s a delivery order he thought it was an easy scam. Mind you this was a manager that did this. These people are straight crooks and the food is soggy and not flavorful at all. I feel bad coming here. Total waste of time. Do not recommend to my friends and...
