Subway — Restaurant in Chesapeake

Terrible, horrible service and terrible attitudes. What is the point of ordering online? I made an online order that was supposed to be ready at 5:50pm. It is now 6:15pm and my food is just now ready. I made my order for curbside pickup but it was raining heavy when I got there (5:55pm) so I went in. My order wasn't ready and I waited in the line. Two other people came in behind me. When it got to my turn I asked about my food. The girl told me they hadn't made it yet. I asked her if when they made it, would they bring it outside since I had kids in the car. See 20 minutes later, both people behind me in line were waited on and had left. I had to go back in and ask about my food. I was told they were too busy which was why they didn't make my food. What about when I came in...did I not get a place in a line I wanted for? Not to mention by then it was almost 45 minutes since I had originally placed my order? Terrible service and I know my order is wrong because I watched her put the wrong sauce on it. I will go out of my way to never...

Worst experience ordered online went to pick up at 4:30 and advised no order but they took the money online. While standing there trying to get help no one knew anything did not know how to look into it. I observed a dirty prep area not cleaned in between orders, did not know what cheeses were what. Messed up on making sub orders. The unhelpful employee called the manager 2 times because i wanted answers but i was told they could not do anything. I ended up walking out finally because they would not help and went to wawa for subs. I will never go into that subway again. Untrained staff, did not want to work and uncleanliness...

I had a great experience at Subway! The restaurant was clean, the ingredients were fresh, and the service was fast and friendly. I love how customizable the sandwiches are — you can truly make it your way with so many choices of bread, veggies, sauces, and proteins.

What stood out to me the most was how attentive and polite the staff were. They made great recommendations and ensured everything was made exactly how I wanted. My sandwich was delicious, fresh, and satisfying.
