I went in for the breakfast .. I ordered 2 breakfast platters. 1 Bisquits and gravy with sweet tea. First off the total was 29.43 Mind u the platters are 5.95 a piece And biscuits and gravy was 7.59 Then she said she charged for the 2 sweat teas. Mind u I waited 20 Mind inside to place my order. I get my order or so I thought and politely wished them a blessed day. I went right across the street to food lion to grab a bag of ice and got back in the car to my son saying dad we were ripped off. He's only 10 lmao.. I only had one biscuit for my biscuits and gravy with no hash browns.. My platter was missing 1egg 1 bacon and the hash browns . I was missing my sides .. so I go back tell the manager I'm missing a biscuits with my bisquitS and gravy she says no u only get one biscuits split . I said no ma'am look at the picture thats 2 biscuits with hash browns and eggs with gravy. I'm missing eggs and hash browns. She points at the platter picture and argues it's only one biscuits. I said that's not the biscuits and gravy ma'am. That's the platter. With all I got was the biscuits. Where's my eggs hash brown and bacon for that. She again tells me that the biscuitsS and gravy is only 1 biscuit with hash brown and no drink.. I said ma'am it's 8 bucks the biscuits is the main course with is spelled with an s plural for more than one and u mean to tell me I only get one biscuit. She then says the breakfast is over she hands me a hash brown and says have a nice day. I said. Hold on a sec. I'm missing 2 hash browns 2 bacon and 2 biscuits and u gave me 1 hash brown . So then she gives me another. I said wait.a minute.. does this look like the picture.? She says no. I said is this everything that's supposed to come with my order she says no. So I say okay if I can't get what I ordered I want my money back..total waste of time money and patience. Because they still couldn't see what they did wrong. Don't bother stopping. I took my refund to food lion who had Jimmy Dean on sale buy one get one. Praise God. It just happened to be on sale. Biscuits 2 for 5 bucks bacon buy one get one. And gravy mix 3 for 1.00 lmao God is good. Spent 17.90 kept the change and made enough biscuits and gravy to feed my family of 4 and my dog and packed 4 biscuits and some gravy for the food lion employees. 🦁 better made yourself anywayz. Food was seriously just okay. The customer service when I went that day was completely unacceptable! I worked in fast food when I was 18, became an assistant manager at 20 at a nicer place. I will leave both unnamed To move on to waitressing, bartender and somehow became a stand in assistant manager/bartender/head of customer relations with their servers, experience with their food and any complaints or concerns that came from anyone that may be drinking, dining or even at times just sitting there watching a sports game and never purchasing a single item. I was put in a position to do all three jobs at one time on numerous upon numerous amounts of times while the only manager would "run right down the street" which usually ended up being his disappearance of two to five hours. My point with all of this long drawn out knowledge is that people who have the simplest tasks like standing at a window or wiping down a counter need to stop whining and complaining and then taking it out on the customers who in all actuality pay your wages while you lean up against a wall texting someone that is not going to cover the money that you lose when you get sent home for being a complete slacker. This place use to have the best biscuits around. I dont know what has happened over the last couple of months, but now they are now the worst. Went through the drive through yesterday could not understand a single word over the speaker. I ended up parking and going inside, told them the problem and of course it was dismissed. Made my order, went to my car to find out they still screwed up the order and had to go back in. And then the biscuits tasted like they were day old stuff that they reheated, I even had to RIP off the dried crusty cheese off of the corners. Decided to give them another chance this morning, 0557 I pulled up to the drive through and got the recording that they are closed, considering I am at work by 6 I left. As I thought about it I know I stop in there most mornings before work for breakfast, so I looked up the hours and noticed they open at 5am.
