I had to repeat my order 3x despite being very clear. They told us to pull forward to the first window and wait until they tell us to pull to the actual window to pay and pick up. We sat there like 15 mins and then pulled forward and got our food. The order was wrong despite repeating myself over 3x. 2 $7 boxes, one box no sour cream on any item, the second box no lettuce or tomato on any item & One Stacker. We received two boxes with no sour cream, no lettuce, and no tomato across the board. After clarification 3x. 3x & it was still wrong. All the food was hard like it had just been sitting there the whole 15 mins we sat there waiting. The stacker was burnt and had no cheese in it whatsoever just beef. The beefy 5 layers had a massive amount of beans to the point where it was like a bean burrito and they were super dry on top of that so it was basically inedible. They didn't even make menu items accordingly. The crunchy tacos were stale asf like they sit out in open air all day. And then the "receipt printer is broken" so I can't even prove what we ordered to get it remade, or scan it for my points on the app. $19 for two $7 boxes and one $1.99 item. No receipt. The math ain't mathing. $4 in tax?...
Read moreThe only reason this Taco Bell receives “One Star” is that I cannot leave a lower rating. There was no part of my experience that would even come close to having been enjoyable. To start, I arrived well before the lobby closed (according to the sign posted on the window) and yet the door was locked and the employees inside refused to acknowledge my very presence outside. I attempted to inquire about this, but the lack of response was hard to ignore. I cannot explain why I would think that my experience would improve by returning to my car and proceeding to the Drive-Thru. Once my order was placed, I found myself with a bag of soggy, formerly hard shelled tacos and a burrito that more closely resembled a childish attempt at a homemade burrito bowl. The last straw in this saga, was that when I attempted to contact management about the endeavor, it was clearly a waste of my time. Once again ZERO response. I knew going to Taco Bell after sunset was a gamble, but this particular visit was, across the board, my worst experience in a fast food...

It was my fault because I was tired from work and waiting. Went back on Saturday, extremely long wait, and the entire order was wrong. Ordered a #2, which is a 3 soft taco supremes combo. We received 1 crunchy taco supreme, 1 Dorito taco, and 1 quesadilla. They have 2 windows. They ask you to wait at the 1st window, and they will call you to the 2nd window to pay and receive your food. We waited so long I was scrolling on my phone and not paying attention. The cashier yelled, "Ma'am, you can come down now!" and was annoyed by the time we got to the 2nd window. I paid and then asked if I had left my credit card.
