China Moon Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Portsmouth

I live 3 minutes away it took an hour to get to my house. I asked them to make sure the delivery driver had change and he didn't. I drive back the the place with the driver and the place is closed. Which doesn't make any sense you would think they would at least be there to collect the money from the driver. I had to drive all over the place to find somewhere open while the delivery driver was following me. Im still not happy about it, this was last night. absolutely disappointing and questionable I don't know what is up there instead of delivery and that awful experienthe app there's a price ok go in and there's another price ok 2 dollars cheaper in the restaurant I ordered and I'm charged 3.50 more each meal asked for a receipt she rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breath the whole time quickly flashed a receipt and wouldn't hand it to me or even give me a receipt for myself something shady here sucks it's hard to find decent Chinese food in VA if anyone has any other places that has good Chinese food and not priced crazy expensive or just makes up prices on the way they feel that day please let me know this place has taken advantage of me every time I give them ace last time decided to try again and just go pick it up crutches and all and on chance so I'm...

Order my food at 941pm didn't get it until 1125pm after they closed... So I decided to give them​a second chance and it was the worst experience I ever had I order egg foo young combination plate the (c11) which comes with pork fried rice and my boyfriend had beef and broccoli combination plate also with pork fried rice without onion he is allergic terribly my rice was recookbtasted watered down no taste the food young was dry tasteless we called for a remake of the order and it still was wrong.. Add to the worst night my boyfriend ended up in the ER due to the break out....DONT EVER EAT FROM THERE THEY NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN HORRIBLE FOOD SERVICE... WASTED 20.14$.. WANT A...

I am sorry to say this restaurant has gone from good to bad

We ordered and food used to be good Now each time it is bad

Honey chicken we order was rock hard and pork in fried rice burnt

This last time we order the driver removed food from our bag with his bare hands and when the owner told him to give it back to us he came in the rain with food not in a bag and hand us horrible food again

Also the egg rolls were sitting on top the container un packaged in his bare hands My video door bell has video of this

I'm not sure why but the owner hung up on me when I called back about the refund he offered. I guess it's time to find a new place....
