We order big mac meal, 10 pc nugget meal and a bogo big mac and quarter pounder through the kiosk. We are waiting a while to get our cups to get our drinks, then we finally get them and realize there is no sweet tea out front. I go up to the front and had to wait for some one to address me and I ask for sweet tea, she takes my cup (with a horrible attitude) and tries to fill it up with the tea for the drive through, which is empty. She goes to the back with the cup, thats when our food comes out and we check the bags, while still waiting for the tea, and realize the big macs that were supposed to have no lettuce had lettuce on them. We didn't mention anything because the lettuce being on them wasn't a crazy deal, but we later realized it was old, until we had to wait forever for our tea and at that point it had been almost 20 minutes. Then we said something because this is crazy. The guy hands us a new cup and says the tea has to brew, which I can't believe because if 1 container is empty you should start making a new one, I would think. We get home and the big mac was old and tasted horrible, the nuggets were old and there was only 8 in the 10 pc nugget, the only thing that was somewhat good was the quarter pounder but there was a bunch of onions, I took off some of them only to realize that they were bad on my first bite. Also, the fry containers were only filled 3/4 of the way. Which isn't a big deal. This isn't the first time we have had an issue at this location, with not only speed of service, but...
Read moreI have never been more disgusted inside a McDonaldâs. On Friday, July 4th, 2025, between 8:20 and 8:37 AM, I witnessed a young male employee (white, slim build, brown hair) on his break sitting at a table inside the restaurant â violently and unapologetically picking his nose like it was a competitive sport.
Not a subtle swipe. No attempt to hide it. He sat there, knuckle-deep, digging around in full view of customers like it was perfectly normal behavior inside a place that serves food. It was absolutely vile â I nearly lost my appetite, and I wasnât the only one who noticed.
Frankly, if this is the kind of person you hire, you need to seriously reevaluate your standards. This wasnât just gross â it was completely disrespectful, unhygienic, and unprofessional. If heâs that comfortable being so disgusting in front of customers, I can only imagine how filthy and careless he is behind the scenes.
Get this employee off the floor and away from anything remotely related to food. He clearly doesnât have the maturity, hygiene, or self-awareness to work in a public setting.
This was stomach-turning, and I...
Read moreNote to Carol and Abe the managers there. I will be contacting Corporate HR and others regarding your lack of professionalism. You should have been trained in employee/employer HR confidentiality and what a hostile work environment is. You have done a great job in creating that! Allowing teens to video you texting about their 16 year old co-worker and your regret of hiring him AND knowingly let them post the snap online for everyone else's amusement shows you are a bully at the least. It also shows a serious lack of business judgement and maturity on your part. I have the copy of your snap and I am not amused. Parents know the McDonald's brand and hope their kids first jobs are dealt with professionally. I have worked with many senior McDonald's corp people who are great trainers and care about their employees. Clearly you missed that training. As an adult should know better than to handle a 16 year old's employment in a much more respectable way. Suggestions are talk to them, write them up, let them go. Posting on Snap Chat is not acceptable. I'm quite sure it is not positive for your...
