I go to this McDonald's on 95 by Chesterville every single day because it's the only one close to us can afford Wendy's but there is not one day that goes by that they do not screw up my order they just throw your French fries and size your bag if you order no pickle no onion they don't care they still put it on there and half the time you don't even get the order you ordered I have been fighting with them for 3 weeks now and they even acknowledge that they messed up my orders everyday even giving me the wrong order but they've been promising for 3 weeks they're going to send me out coupons I still have not yet to see them I called them every week for the past 3 weeks I'm riding your name down I'll be sending them out tomorrow through mail check my mail again today after I just called yesterday nothing yet and I'm sure in the next 3 or 4 days there still won't be anything this restaurant needs to get the manager on the ball and quit hiring young kids to do a grown ups job they do not appreciate the job and the work that they're doing but I am going to give up and start going to Wendy's after I called the district manager and the McDonald's corporation I'm just sick of anybody giving their hard-earned money away or something that isn't properly prepared or even get what they want it cost gas money to drive 3 miles to come back and get the food that you were supposed to get in the first place they should be ashamed of their selves and I'm going to be the same way with any restaurant I don't care if it cost me a dollar that was a hard dollar earn if I go to a restaurant and my food isn't what it's supposed to be I'm coming in and you're going to...

We stopped at this location while traveling through the area for a work conference—drawn in by the calm atmosphere (perfect for our dogs) and the promise of a quick bite to eat. The facility was spotless, and the employees were friendly, professional, and impressively efficient.
What really stood out, though, was how the staff handled a situation that would’ve made lesser teams crumble: a group of over-the-top, rude, and disruptive bridezillas who seemed determined to make everyone’s day miserable. Despite being loudly berated and treated with astonishing disrespect, the team never missed a beat. We actually ordered three separate times while these drama queens performed their matinee of entitlement, and each order was taken with patience and poise.

I had placed an order on the mobile app for pick up, but when we arrived the restaurant had randomly lost power. They were unable to fill my order or provide a refund at that time, but thought it would automatically refund to my card. When it didn't, I made a phone call and the staff were very understanding and accommodating. Even though it didn't involve a large amount, they went out of their way to mail me a gift card and a handwritten note. It was a nice personal touch and effort that I don't typically see at a fast food restaurant. I'll stop by again (hopefully with electricity and food) when I'm back...
