The store was in pre-shutdown mode. It was an hour before the lobby closed. The front register wouldn't sign on, (at least, thats what the mgr was saying), but after waiting a longtime. I feel the mgr should of finally said, let's get your food for you. The lady cooking, made the comment. Then a young man said he'd ring it up in the back. But after the wait, we really should of been offered our meal at no costs. Store was exceptionally clean, employees polite. Just feel that mgr should of done it completely differently.

Store is Always closing Lobby before scheduled time.
One day sign on door said close early due to staffing, but when you drive around, the front drive thru area had 4 employees just standing around. (Seriously).
I even walked up to the drive through window and asked why they close SO early, this is always a Wednesday evening!, and im talking about the lobby, and a young adult lady, told me literally at 10:00 pm she is completely by herself, and the only person doing everything. Well if that were true, that is a Huge security risk, and corporate should be aware. I wish I could remember her name.
But the worse thing about this, was EVERY Wednesday evening we'd stop in the lobby to eat. Store always clean, except for those darn pop dispenser, why does those levels look like they never get wiped off? Sorry for the ranting, just tired of bad service, and stores that close when they want to. Thanks...
Read moreSo disappointed in how I was treated tonight. I found a metal shaving on a fry in my order. I brought it to the front and waited for the cashier to show the manager. I did not want a refund or new fries I simply wanted to make sure she knew it was in the order of fries. The young lady at the front showed her (the manager) and she stormed over and demanded “ so you want a refund?” I said “no, I just wanted you to know.” She said “I am not saying it’s from you, but we don’t put metal in our fryers” I said “okay, I don’t know if you clean the basket with a wire brush or something? I just want you to know it was stuck to the fry”. She gets short again “ so do you want a new fry?! A refund?!” I told her again” no but I thought you should know” and she glared at me and just walked away.
Here is the problem, they did not pull the fry baskets. So if you ate at this Wendy’s on August 13, 2022 then you should know there was a metal shaving adhered to an order of fries and they did not even bother to clean the baskets. Read moreI live within 2 miles from this place, with that being said first shift is AWSOME always gets my orders right and the food is hot! Second shift is a different story! I have been dealing with a severe sinus infection and decided to order out for dinner, did mobile order and my order was for 3 adults and two kids and my dog! They gave me a single for the price of a double, all fries were half full and my poor dog, her usual plain burger came with lots of onions mustard and pickles and ketchup! I called them and they asked me to bring back the sandwiches that were wrong, like today or tomorrow! OMG! First of all I can’t return a shirt due to COVID but they want me to bring back food after I brought it home! And it can be tomorrow! So what does the ones with the messed up food eat tonight? You know what, forget it! I spent 30$ tonight and you wanna act like I am lying!!!! Lessons learned ! Don’t go to Wendy’s on State route 95/ I-71 During 2nd shift hours!!!!
