I cannot say enough wonderful things about Honey Bee Bakery and the amazing Jasmine! From the moment I walked in, her welcoming smile and kind, accommodating nature made me feel instantly at home. I messaged the Honey Bee Bakery Facebook page looking for dye-free, gluten-free cupcakes for my son’s first birthday — and Jasmine went above and beyond to help make that happen.

Not only were the cupcakes absolutely delicious and adorable, but Jasmine also took the time to answer all of my gluten-free questions with so much patience and care. My mother-in-law is gluten-free, and I really wanted her to feel included in the birthday celebration. Jasmine didn’t just stop at the cupcakes — she even whipped up a fresh gluten-free pizza dough for me so I could make a special pizza at home for my mother-in-law so she didn't have to miss out on pizza either.

I learned about this bakery from a Facebook post so I searched it out. It is a little around the corner in an older strip shopping center but oh, it is so worth the trip.

I spoke with the owner, who is from Hawaii, and she is lovely. She has some Hawaiian dishes that she offers periodically, which I think is cool. I got a seaweed, spam and rice roll for my husband (sorry, I forget the name of it) and he said it was really good.

Back to the baked goods. I got a sampling. Yep, I'm in love. The vanilla vanilla cake is divine. The cake cup is sinful. The creme broule donut was different. My husband liked it; I think I would've liked it without the sugar on top. I probably gave it up too easily to the hubby.

Am I going back? Heck yeah! Probably tomorrow! There's much more to sample including cookies and I was told she's making grilled chicken, also.

Absolutely OBSESSED with Honey Bee Bakery, LLC! Every single item I’ve tried (and trust me, there have been a lot!) has been unbelievably delicious.
