Hong Kong — Restaurant in Chester

I ordered lunch plates from here twice in the last 4 days and when I went to pick up the first one up only one plate was ready after waiting for the other one and returning home the one plate that was already cooked upon my arrival to pick up was not even done.The second time I oredered plates there was 4 plates ordered and only one ready again,I had just left the store and had ice cream melting because they had not cooked my plates.They would not even give me my money back that they took from me for plates that I did not receive.After threatening to call the law on them they did give me back my money,and they kept the food that I oredered that they did not even cooked yet. I would not reccomend this place to any one. Since it has gotten the new owners I have had nothing but promblems with them. This is a place I have orered from for 4 years, and I will never do bussiness...

Great Chinese at Great Prices. You can not eat there but the Food is excellent. The staff is very friendly. My only complaint is I believe they sometimes take the phone off the hook maybe bc they are busy or maybe it's an accident but I have now had to drive to town twice to place an order & wait on it. Other than that everything is great. If you haven't ever tried FRIED WONTON then you definitely should, IT IS THE BEST THING...

I’m on disability and staying in a homeless shelter. So when I spend $14 on take out , trust that I’ve saved it up This was inedible- all of it ! Crab Rangoon was cooked to death & the shrimp 🍤 had that smell (u know the one- where it’s old and sketchy ). I don’t have a vehicle so I can’t even take it back Wouldn’t make a difference I suspect since the lady at the window...
