Firstly, the staff here is generally really kind, and I have never had a poor experience with anyone working at this location. However, I have some issues that must be addressed; Prior to my diet restrictions, I could have gladly eaten whatever protein was wrapped in the tortillas ensconced in the bag. NOW, I can't really have the beef and have to change it to chicken. This is where the problems begin.
The difference between beef and chicken is an additional dollar, almost. So I'm paying extra, for food my body can process. Lately? Not once has that switch been honored. For the last few months, I have been burned by biting into beef every time I swap for chicken. Ultimately, I then end up giving my food away because I cannot eat it, and go hungry since I already spent my allotted budget for this food and can't spend more money somewhere else without tipping the budget for our family of 7.
I get the wrong food all the time, and while I used to not care, I have to now. I could choose to not order here but realistically I'd rather management read this and ask employees to be more observant of the protein choice.
I see some other reviewer decided to just get angry about it but we are not all like that, some order an alternate protein because they have to.
Respectfully, please don't starve your customers. I can't eat the beef. I've probably paid for a whole pack of chicken breasts by now in the number of times the chicken I ordered was nowhere near my meal, since sometimes I'd have to swap it on two or three items, resulting in an additional $3, only to bite into the one no-no food I will actually get...
Read moreMy family and I came through the drive thru and ordered 39.10 worth of food. One of the new promotions we ordered was not in the bag. Prior to me pulling off I asked the gentleman was this my complete order and he advised me it was I pulled over to double check my order. The promotion taco was missing out of the bag so my son went and and told the manager Gabby that we were missing the taco she asked for the receipt and my son advised her there wasn't one given to us. She asked to see the bag of food and I went in at this point to speak with the manager. I advised her what we ordered and what was missing out of the bag. She opened all of our food up and touched it with her hands she even counted the cinnamon rolls to make sure none was eaten. At this time I asked her for a full refund and asked for the store manager number she told me that I was rude and told me that there was not a district manager of the store. I found out by another manger that in fact they do have a district manager and a coach at this taco bell. Taco Bell doesn't ask for the food back due to COVID and I will never eat some food that you opened up and touched with your bare hands that we paid for I am glad that my son recorded this incident and I will never eat at this...
Read moreOrdered 15.00 dollars worth of food, 2 steak quesadilla, a 5 layer burrito, a mexican pizza and a side dish. Got home and instead of my order, I have someone else order. NOTHING was right. Instead in this huge bag, I got 2 hard shell tacos with beef and cheese only, a burrito with God knows inside of it and a rolled up cheese filled tortilla. There were only 4 people in the drive thru, and no one inside. How do you screw up an order that much!! This is the second time I have gone there and something was wrong!! The last time I went, we ordered AND PAID on line for a family full of people. $30 bucks this time. We waited the 15 minutes and I went up there, for them to tell me they dont have any on line orders I must have ordered at a different Taco Bell. I had the receipt of the payment going thru on my phone. Yet the manager tells me that I will have to pay for it all over again. I show her the receipt WITH THE STORE NUMBER IN IT. She still doesnt believe me. After arguing back and forth, she finally gives in and fills the order. I dont k ow what is going on at this Taco Bell, but I suggest going across the street to Subway or McDonalds instead!! In the future, our mexican din es will come from one of the 2 other Mexican...
