Usually our family likes Domino’s and I am giving 3 stars because we have had positive experiences at this location in the past, but tonight was just awful. I decided to do Carry Out because it was supposed to be faster by almost 20 minutes. We also ordered the new cheese dip because we had gotten it a week before and really enjoyed it. First the food was not ready when they said it would be because they were behind on orders. I can understand that so I didn’t make a fuss even though it was an inconvenience, but then I got home to see that the cheese dip was way less amount than previous times and it was burnt with a very crispy side and top, then I opened the pizza to see even the pizza was a dark brown which I can’t understand considering these are on conveyer belts unless they were so busy they just didn’t pick it up because they were so busy. I had to wait an additional almost 15 minutes in my car after the time it was supposed to be ready. Normally we have had positive experiences with this location, but tonight was uncalled for. Because of the wait my kids were hungry and they ate the pizza though not the dip at all and they could only eat two slices each of the pizza. Seriously it was so overcooked it’s was like cardboards. I would say if you choose this location get it relievers dbecause at least it will be hot unlike my burnt food which was late coming out to me because they were busy so it was cold before I could get the food home. Read moreI have been ordering from the location on Jerome Drive in Cheswald, DE since it opened and never experienced the level of incompetence that happened tonight. When the driver delivered my food it was.not in the red bag used to keep food warm (given the fact it is 33 degrees outside) -it was just handed to me and the pizza box was cold. The wings were cold as well. The only thing that was warm was the pasta only because it was in an aluminum container. I called the store and the person who answered the phone told me that he did not see that I ordered any wings and also that he didn’t understand what my complaint was so nothing could be done. I ended the phone call and went to the store with the cold food and he claimed he still couldn’t find the order in the system. I told him that makes no sense due to the fact that they fulfilled the order. He then asked for my receipt and said then said they could only issue a credit once they have proof of the purchase.This lunacy was just too much. I will not be ordering from this location at all and I hope whoever manages this store finds more competent employees. This is sad and ridiculous. If there was a zero rating this location certainly deserves it. What a joke and a bitter...
Read moreMy husband and I love wings...we have always enjoyed going to Dominos when we lived in PA..our daughter favorite place to get food while away in College in PA....well our experince here in Delaware have not been a good experience...after not eating Dominos for a year we saw this new store and figured let's try them out give Dominos another chance. Well no...not a chance....we took our wings home ready to enjoy them, they look perfect, crispy like we love them, smothered in BBQ and we thought yes finally... as my husband pick up his wing from the plate he noticed a long straight fine piece of hair was attached to one of the wings. it could Not be mine because I have a boy short cut hair and is brown. My husband has no hair at all..I threw away all the wings and is safe to say I will never go back to Dominos...
One advice to the manager maybe his staff should wear hair nets because it is very disgusting and unsanitary to receive food with hair in it....I did take pictures but was unable to upload and they are not very clear since the piece of hair is...
