Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Cheviot

Went on opening day and got 2 pieces of cheesecake in my blizzard, fries were cold and tenders were cold. Today is my 2nd chance with them got another strawberry blizzard and I had to meet my niece at the door of my house because it was pouring over the sides. A blizzard should be able to be turned upside down not melting and spilling over the sides. Bridgetown Dairy Queen is not even a 5 minute drive from my house and it's not hot outside plus the car had ac blasting. I don't think I want to go back a 3rd time. If I want Dairy Queen I will go to St. Benard location. Again my small strawberry cheesecake blizzard had only 2 pieces of cheesecake. Today my medium blizzard one had no pieces of cheesecake in it i just discovered because I put it in the freezer since it had the wrong consistency i didn't eat it yesterday ugh! 😤

I went back again a few weeks ago. It's now July 21, 2025. I got a chocolate covered strawberry cheesecake blizzard. It's a special blizzard costs a little extra. I didn't have 1 piece of cheesecake in my blizzard. I have made 4 different trips. St. Bernard location always makes my blizzard with actual cheesecake pieces. I was really happy having a year round option on the Westside. I guess I guess I'll go to Blue Ash location when St. Bernard closes...

Update 10/6/24..STILL haven't got a call from owner or manager.Even corporate tried reaching out to franchise owner or manager. The 1 Star is for the service/missing items. FOOD 4-5 stars

They forgot 2 orders of two piece chicken strips 2/$5, dipping sauce.

I ordered 6 PC honey bbq strip basket with drink.They gave me 6 regular tenders,forgot the gravy & texas toast.

They rang it up wrong & ,totally forgot the two 2/$5 strips ,dipping sauce(4 strips total) .

So 2 people in family unhappy to say it mildly.2 people didn't get full meal , had to share!!

They don't know what they are doing here sadly. Management is awful too.They didn't answer phone when I called. And then people stop coming to dq and then places close from all mistakes on orders making people not want to return.

I couldn't check bags because of some a hole blowing their horn because they thought i took too long to show app to get rewards points.

We were thrilled to get a DQ Grill Chill on west side.Its this stuff that could mean no returning back.

Now my family is fighting,I'm ready to have a heart attack again,my husband is sick and feeling like a heart attack. All because workers can't get anything right.

Yesterday it was great,no issues The 2 for $5 mix max menu confuses ...

My experience here was that of pleasant and fulfilling. I was walking by and decided to stop by for food. Not knowing that I wanted, I was able to share that with the cashier, to which I got a fun conversation out of it. Right from that conversation, I felt good about my random choice. Payment was simple. They will take cash or check. My waiting period was less than 10 minutes. While waiting, I saw the tables were clean. There was some trash, but customers had recently left, so that's totally understandable. The cakes in display looked very tempting. If I wasn't in a rush, I probably would have bought a cake.
