Domino's — Restaurant in Cheyenne

Normally , I’m a Domino’s fan, but tonight was a rough experience. I placed an order for my school two days ago using their telephone AI. As soon as I had entered my 3-digit code, I was transferred to the store. The manager said to check back on the day of to ensure the order went through.

I did call when it was the delivery time and the order hadn’t gone through. No big deal, let’s re-do it and move on. After multiple failures to connect through the AI line, the guy in the store couldn’t figure out the tax-exempt number and continued to quote me the same price. I told him that was a non-starter for a school, but he could not help and no other employee was jumping in to assist either.

I tried to get the Pershing location to make the delivery, but that was a no-go as well. All-in-all, I have officials and helpers at an event who are not getting pizza...

Tonight was Veterans Day so understandably this place was pretty busy. We had ordered One Pizza and One Pasta, and 45 minutes after our order, the app said they were still prepping it. We called to check on it, and a young man named Mathew informed us that he was the only one working, and that the delivery driver had to go home sick. About 30 minutes later Matt had personally delivered our order, with an extra pizza, a brownie and sincere apologies for the complications with our order. I'm not sure what's going on with domino's, but I've only lived in Cheyenne a few months and for the first several weeks that I lived here I had to Google my own address and ordered to be able to get home. tonight I'm sitting here trying to order a pizza and all three dominoes tried to tell me that they couldn't deliver to my address because it didn't exist. the one on Yellowstone even tried telling me that he googled my address and that Google told him it didn't exist. I googled it as soon as I got hung up and it popped right up. it's a huge language barrier all three restaurants are ran by people that unfortunately cannot speak English and obviously does not...
