We tried to run through the drive thru this morning to grab just a McMuffin and hash brown, we ordered a few minutes before the end of breakfast after we order we pulled up and then at a literal standstill with no cars moving for over 12 minutes before we got to the window to pay, there were only 2 cars in front of us to pay. Paid for our food and waited another 5 minutes before we got to the second window to get our food. The attendant then told us they would have to wait on our hashbrown, we informed we no longer had time to wait anymore as we had already waited 20 minutes and needed to get going, to just refund us instead. She went and got another guy who managed to escalate the situation when came to the window. We said we would take a refund or our food, we would even just take the McMuffin without waiting on the hashbrown and call it good, his reply was to tell us that they are no longer serving breakfast so he couldn’t do. The sandwich that I had ordered over 20 minutes before that when they were still serving breakfast. At this point it was longer worth the time or aggrevation to argue with him over our $4.12 so we ended up just leaving empty handed without a...
Read moreEvery location in Cheyenne has the same problem... Customer Service! I can forgive most anything except for when I walk up to the counter or drive up to the window and I'm not even acknowledged. On Yellowstone I have stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before someone turned around just to say "I'll be with you shortly". On Lincolnway I get the same rudeness in the drive thru. I get to sit there for 5 to 10 minutes watching the girls talking and laughing with each other while they wait for my order to be prepared. They dont even bother to open the window to hand me my drinks until after my food is ready. If you cant even acknowledge your customers, which takes no effort, why would they keep coming back? Most consumers will return to places that have poor quality and longer wait times just for good customer service and the experiences they have there. However, when a customer doesn't feel valued or appreciated they will find somewhere else to go to get these things. Even if it is out of the way and...
Read moreAlright, so I went here the other night at 11:45. They close at 12. I pulled into the drive through and as soon as I said hello into the machine they shut the menu lights off and I got no response. So I parked and went inside. (The doors were still unlocked, because they weren’t closed, FOR ANOTHER 15 minutes.) When I got inside, the 5 or so employees stood in the kitchen and stared at me blankly as if they were all hoping I’d just leave. After I stood there for a few minutes and asked to be waited on they still just stared at me as though I hadn’t said a word, or wasn’t even there. As soon as I got into my car they came and locked the doors. I have NEVER been treated so poorly and wish I could’ve gotten these employees names. These employees should be fired, and you need to learn how to better train your staff in customer service. P.S. all I wanted was a cheese...
