If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Dining at Brandy’s in Chickasha was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this establishment has zero regard for cleanliness, service, or basic hospitality.
Let’s start with the service — or lack thereof. Our waitress was incredibly rude and dismissive from the get-go, as if we were inconveniencing her by simply existing. No greeting, no smile, just pure attitude. When we asked questions about the menu, she responded with eye rolls and short, snarky answers. It felt like we were bothering her just by ordering food.
And the food? Honestly, after seeing the condition of the restaurant, I was scared to even eat it. I saw bugs crawling on the floor near our table. Not just one. Multiple. Absolutely disgusting. The napkins were visibly stained and didn’t look remotely clean — who wants to wipe their mouth with someone else’s mess?
Let’s talk about the bathroom. Or better yet, let’s not. There was no toilet paper, no toilet seat covers, and the entire place smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. It was like a truck stop bathroom at 3 AM — and that might be generous. There was gum stuck to the walls and under tables, adding to the gross-out factor.
Brandy’s is not just bad — it’s unsanitary. It’s unacceptable to serve food in these conditions. This place seriously needs a visit from the health inspector. Chickasha deserves better than this. Spend your money literally...
Read moreUnfortunately had to change my review. The last time we went, we sat outside. The older waitress did not seem pleased at all, but took our order. She then proceeded to ask us to pay for it now (we did not have a total nor had it been put in the system yet) because "sometimes when there is live music, people forget to pay." Well , considering there was no music and we were the only ones sitting outside, we kind of felt like that was quite insinuating and weird. Did we look like we would "dine and dash" ??? I don't think so, but we didn't say anything and just gave cash to cover the bill, whatever it was. Mind you, you would have to literally run past the front door if you are going to be dumb enough to do that. I'm 43. I don't run. Nor am I a thief and don't appreciate being treated like one. The food was cold and bland. Not worth the $. The service sucked. I still tipped well but we damn sure won't be back. Don't sit outside, if you do go. They might assume you're not going to pay. It was just a nice day. Please start seasoning your food, and stop assuming your customers...

The fried onion burger at Brandi’s is a masterpiece. The patty is smashed on the grill with a generous heap of thinly sliced onions, which caramelize beautifully and infuse the burger with a smoky, savory flavor that’s out of this world. The beef is juicy, the onions crispy and flavorful, and the bun is soft yet perfectly toasted to hold everything together without falling apart.
