Osaki Hibachi/Sushi Steak house is definitely the restaurant to check out. Plenty of dining space, very clean. The menu has a wonderful variety of Sushi rolls and hibachi dishes. Three of their most popular sushi rolls are the Chickasha, black dragon and super Crunchy rolls. You can tell they use good quality fresh fish. On my last visit I had the Hibachi dinner combination Filet Mignon and chicken. The meat was cooked the way I ordered and was so tender and juicy. The fried rice was wonderful cooked as well. I also love the salad dressing that comes with the salad. Please give them a try. You will be glad you did.

Spent time in Chickasha and got hungry. Already have eaten at two other Asian cuisine. All 3 of us had Chicken hibachi. The veggies were a little cold. The amount of zucchini was disappointing since that’s why I ordered it instead of the teriyaki dish. It would be nice to have bottles of teriyaki available. The food tasted great though. The restaurant is nicely decorated.

I had the onion soup and the hibachi chicken and shrimp, served with rice, and veggies and it was a showstopper! The flavors are perfectly balanced, the chicken and shrimp are cooked to perfection, and the veggies are fresh and crunchy. The sizzling platter adds an element of excitement to the dining experience. A delicious and satisfying meal that never fails to impress!

These reviews must be fake because quite honestly this was the worst Japanese food I’ve ever tasted and trust me I am a foodie and love sushi and Japanese cuisine. I ordered a couple of rolls which fell apart due to the more rice then fish ratio,

The sauces they put on the rolls were loaded with MSG. The hot foods were the worst I’ve ever had. The Teryaki sauce was completely watered down and flavorless. How could you open a Japanese place and not know how to cook Teryaki sauce? The chicken was over cooked and tasted old.

This place is a travesty and hopefully the owners will fix this. He servers were overwhelmed and rude. Snapped at my wife when she asked how long the wait was. It’s sad the only sushi joint in Chickasha is this terrible. Make the extra trip to Norman or OKC and have food that is worth it otherwise you’ll be throwing your...

Arrived at 5 - Barely before the rush (on a monday!) Service was slow at first, but once someone came, it was pretty good throughout. The food took a WHILE and we noticed many tables asking for food updates. When we did finally get food, the kids meals were AMAZING both in quality and portion size and the price was great for a family of 6. As were the Lobster Rangoon, clear soups, Alaska roll, black dragon roll, oishii roll, and nagura roll. Husband's chicken teriyaki dinner was comp'd due to only receiving the chicken and Broccoli and it taking a long time to arrive, but was worth the wait. Disappointed they do not serve any Japanese alcohol (Japanese beers or hot sake), but the food was very good. We were very hungry by the time we got everything so we will have to take pictures next time! Good family dining or date night! Great for...

All I can say is I am half Japanese on my mothers side who cooked Japanese food all my life. This is NOT Japanese food. Complete disappointment. Look at all these other reviews… they seem fake. The yakisoba is not yakisoba. They used udon type noodle and it’s suppose to be soba. The sauce was wrong, it tasted like a watered down lo mein. There is yakiudon, but it’s should be called that, not yaki soba. Idk what I was served with but it’s not right. The sushi okay, but needs improvement. Japanese cuisine is an art and it’s takes years of study. Every time you leave a bad review, more fake reviews pile up. I originally deleted my comment, but decided to post another one due to the rude employee that cut me off at the door. No apology or anything. I’ll never return. Go to OKC or Norman for some...
