Fresh Twisted Café — Restaurant in Chico

I have gone to the twisted Cafe four separate times since moving back to the area, their food is delicious and I like that they have vegan options. However they have messed up my order every single time. Three times the owner was very quick to correct his mistake, however this last time there was a lady there, middle-aged with long hair in braids, that argued with me and when I showed her the menu, she turned and walked away. Also two out of the four times I ate there the bathroom has been out of order. When I asked the lady with the long braids about the bathroom being out of order she said yeah it is, and again walked away to the back, I waited for her to come back to the front and asked her where does she go to the bathroom and her reply was, we have a private employee bathroom, and again turned around and walked away. Even though the food is good I will never go back there again... Like I say the food is good, but be prepared to pay a very high price $$$, check your order out because most likely the order is wrong, and make sure while you're eating there that you don't have to use the bathroom, because there's a good chance it will be out of order, and be prepared for a very snotty worker when they get your...

I was so excited to try this place due to health issue they have alot of great options what happen to leave this review was that i order a number 6 turkey and cheese and add things to it which was aloud i add vegan cheese since its easier on my stomach i get confusion u order meat with vegan products but the mess up wasent with me but the person relating the order he was very understanding after taking a few bites and realising it did have meat i brought it to there attention like hey ill pay for a side of meat if i accidentally didnt specify he said no that on me apologize which was ok the chef had to remake whole thing i offered i can just and some meaton side to it so they did have to go threw the trouble and this is were i refuse to go back they stood there infront of me making rude comments i get being upset because of mishap but to so rudely handel this situation look right at the customer was not ok after recieving my food made me completely uncomfortable regardless of my order u should have to feel guilty about ordering and getting wat u paid for be professional treat customer with kindness u never know what someones...

They offer vegan and gluten free option for burgers, burritos, wraps, sandwiches, and of course salad. In addition, they offer lettuce wrap for burger and large satisfying salad. So I would say it is friendly for ketogenic diet or low Carb diet. I have gluten intolerance, so it is an awesome experience to be able to order foods like that. Their gluten free sandwich is delicious. My husband tried it and couldn't tell it was gluten free. I love their salad! You will be surprised their variety of toppings and selection of vegetables. Vegetables are fresh and crispy, cheese was rich and flavorful, and meat was light and healthy. They have cold drink such as ice tea, ice coffee, and smoothie. Also, they offer hot drink such as coffee, chai, tea, mocha, and cocoa. If you do not feel like ordering a drink, they also offer cold water and flavored water for free. One of favorite things about this place is that there is a nice little kids' space so your little one can have fun while you enjoy your meal or relax with a cup...
