Quaint, chill, great variety of beers you cant find in your local grocery store from pumpkin beers to Marzen Oktoberfest, IPAs, etc. And off menu wines - Pinot grigio, Chardonnay, pinot noir, cab. Loved to carnitas tacos (even my very picky mom). For sports lovers they also have 4 TVs and were playing the Dodgers/Braves MLB playoff game while we were there (minimal sports fans actually watching).

So happy to have found this spot! They have pizza port beer! Im from san diego and my hubby and I would go to pizza port all the time when we lived in OB. Took me back for a hot min. Landon, had great energy and provided great customer service! SD breweries beer rn at this spot: Karl Strauss Pizza port Modern times

I LOVE coming here. Been living nearby for a few years but I am so thankful for a nearby location I can come to on my own or with friends to just relax and have a delcious brew. Rotating taps so always something new, fantastic food, and a relaxing spot to just unwind. If you've had a rough day at work and just need a spot to chillax for an hour or two. This is the space. I fear the loud, obnoxious, "look at me", Instagram types are going to ruin a true gem. The bartender, waitstaff, concept are supreme. Either respect their dreams- or go to a *Cheap Easy like Chili's. If those types go elsewhere, then this could be a true tucked away sanctuary for people who enjoy conversing without yelling, excellent and artistic cocktails, as well as a mutual comradeship of...

This place is a great place for Chico! They usually have around 16 beers on tap. They've really made the place a haven for rare craft beer. They even have sours on tap or sometimes cider or kombucha. They've got small plates to keep your hunger at bay but overall great atmosphere. They've for really great popcorn too! I I once left my scarf there and months later they still had it! Wonderful...
