Iāve been here a few times now. My first experience they didnāt know how to answer any questions about the menu, but my drink was okay. My second visit Iām taking one star away for the lack of customer service and not acknowledging their customer. I stood there 5 minutes without being welcomed and I observed 6 of the employees talking to each other, looking at me and looking away. I could see if they were busy but I was the only one in line so thereās no excuse for that. Iām taking another star off due to my drink not being properly blended and having clumps in it. Iām taking away another star because when I told one of the girls a drink they made on one visit was made wrong without the ingredients I requested, her response was, āinterestingā, and then she asked what I wanted. Iāve never gotten a response like that from any place that messed up my order. Other places I go to regularly if they mess up your order, they remake your drink instead of saying, āinterestingā. Iām taking another star away because when I ordered an Americano, the coffee tasted bitter and sour. You can always tell if a place has good coffee when thereās nothing added to it. Iāve had some bad experiences with the quality of the food and coffee, but I keep returning because most of the time they are good. Over the last month the plastic cups and lids smell like really strong perfume. Iāve had to clean the cups more than twice now. Today my hot drink lid and even the rim of the cup smells like horrible strong perfume. This time I canāt even drink the coffee because the perfume made its way into the drink since it was on the inside rim of the cup. I hate being an annoying customer so I just let it go the first few times it happened. But today I finally called and let them know Iāve had this problem several times and the girl just said āso sorry about that. Thanks for letting us know. Have a good day!ā
These are almost $7 coffees and my partner and I have spent hundreds of dollars here. They didnāt even offer a free drink. I found that to be really bad customer service. Iām not just out to get free drinks, but I couldnāt even drink this one. I donāt know if Iāll return in the future. Edit: I wonāt.
Also the responses to the bad reviews from the owner are odd. Usually places offer to fix the problems. But nope...

That being said every single time Iāve gone Iāve gotten horrible service. I See lots of people standing around doing nothing while Iām waiting for a long time on my order on my way to work. The girls were baffled when I got their attention and asked if they were āon the clockā.They replied āyeah but Iām not working the drive thruā! As someone that has worked in the industry I know their should be no sitting around when people are waiting/watching and there was no reason that one of the other girls could not have cashed me out so I could leave a little bit faster. They were upset with my frustration and acted very above it all. If you donāt need the job, then quit! Whoever is in charge of these ladies really needs to take a mental inventory of what they are paying them because I venture to say itās too much! Last, but not least their drinks have a very bad ice to liquid ratio and their breakfast in a cup never tastes the same.....
