Fresh, tasty, vegan sandwiches! First two pictures with the hand in it are the BBQ seitan sandwich that my meat loving husband got. It was so good he wouldnāt let me try it until last minute. š I hate fake meat, but even I found the seitan to be so delicious! I got the chickpea sandwich. Both tasted great! The menu had us worried these were bland, boring, or heavy sandwiches. Not the case! Very flavorful and filling without feeling heavy. They also had the right level of moisture- they were not dry and not sloppy wet. Mine had a savory flavor profile- not the least bit sour. The BBQ had more depth to its flavor profile with savory, sweet, and mildly sour. I highly recommend this place! Their croissants were delicious and were comparable to European quality. We also tried the black currant chocolate cupcake. I liked it and found it to have a lot of berry flavor (but Iām a super taster), while my husband thought it was bland and he couldnāt taste the berry. We both liked the Apple fritter. The last thing we had was an iced mocha. It was not too sweet, nor did it have that fake syrup flavor that a lot of mochas sometimes get. The small cutting cake for us to share at our first anniversary, the cupcakes, cookies, and mini donuts were all delicious. Iām sure we will be back before our anniversary I donāt think I can wait that long!
