McDonald's — Restaurant in Chillicothe

I feel this McDonald's don't deserve a star. Employees are not friendly, don't smile. Every time I go to this mcDonalds; the service is exstreamly slow. The fries and burgers are Luke warm. They never get any orders correct. This is night shift. One time, I headed up ramp to get back onto route 23. My daughter didn't get her sandwiches correct. Had to go to a different ramp, to turn back around, to have corrected. When you go back to correct order, the window tendent gives a rude look. Drinks are never filled. Another time, asked for a cheese burger made like a big Mac sandwich. I told speaker, make like a big Mac, no salt, mustard or katchup. Add pickles, onion and lettuce. Speaker told me pickles already comes on sandwich. Lord behold, it didn't have onions or pickles. Go figure. I had to drive all the way around back to window. Blowed horn, no response. Laid on horn, still no response. Employees ignored me at window. Quite a few Employees looked, glanced over. Only to keep chatting. Employees would rather chat or stand around. This resturant is a horrifying and terrible McDonalds.

Don't go to the McDonald's in wellston, either. The owner is a huge penny pincher. Unfriendly employees, don't give any smiles. . The store owner, makes you pay for every little thing. I dont see them subtracting the mustard or katchup, I asked to not place on burger.

The one McDonald's that always gets all stars, is one on bridge street by J.C. Penny's, and red lobster. Wonderful and kind employees-every time. They don't penny pinch you over lettuce, onion or max sauce on a cheese burger. The lady Lynda is very helpful when you order through her. Always eat at this fantastic McDonald's. You deserve a stand up applaud....

Were use to bad service at McDonald's, but this location takes the title for worst McDonald's ever! I ordered in the app and took my boys to the bathroom while my husband ordered his food at the counter. There was literally poo all over the girls bathroom. My husband was told they were out of lemons for tea, but did receive his food rather quickly. (I received lemon for my tea) In fact about 15 minutes before mine came. When I checked my food I noticed the McChicken only mayo was smashed down with mayo on the outside instead of the inside. I asked for it to be remade. They remade with lettuce. Once we got to the vehicle we noticed the double cheeseburger plain was a McChicken add pickle and mustard. I didn't trust it enough to go back to ask them to remake it because it seemed as if they were trying to make customers upset on purpose and we already wasted a good half hour on food when we're traveling home from FL. There was a lady before me that also encountered a long wait, cold fries, and wrongly made sandwich. The man next to me said he waited 20 minutes for a fudge sundae. Which I did notice he was there the same time we were yet the lady at the front counter wanted to say he wasnt waiting that long. He requested owners number and manager refused telling him to call the generic number on the cup. Whenever asked for something the woman at the front with burger tattoo would say I can't do that they'll get it. If you can't do anything why are you even there?! Getting paid to do nothing. I'm shocked McDonald's even let's this location be a location. Avoid here...

I eat at or pick up food from the Main St McDonald's about once a week. Sad to say, lately the experience has really, really declined.

Today was basically my last straw with this place. I went through the drive through with a simple order that included a quarter pounder with no cheese. They had me pull into a parking spot to wait and even though it wasn't busy and there was no line when I arrived, I still sat in that spot for over 5 minutes waiting.

After that, they dropped off the food, I checked it and there was cheese both on the top AND bottom of the burger. I had to go into the store and wait for someone to even acknowledge me even though there was no line. Then I waited about another 6 minutes for a burger with no cheese.

After confirming there was no cheese, I took it home and looked at it before eating it. The burger was burnt and also in pieces. There were also long blonde hairs in both the burger and the fries.

This was my worst McDonald's experience in a long time and after frequenting this location for many years, I'm done. This was the second time in two months they got an order wrong and the quality of the food was completely unacceptable. If I lived closer I would have gone back and demanded a refund.

As it is, I just will not go to this...
