Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Chillicothe

Ok to start I was shot in the head and lost half of the inside of my mouth which makes me limited on what I can eat. This being said I had been in here 2 days in a row. If 2nd day would have been like first the review would have at minimum 4 stars. The first day I was in the employees were great helped with making my order so I was able to modify a favorites dish which was the moe meat more cheese bowl. Amazing people and made great food.

The second day however, I came in made the exact same order with the same guy that served me the previous day. However this time there was a rude, obnoxious, loud and insulting woman screaming at him as he was trying to help with my order just as he did the day before. This woman was wearing a name tag named Tonka when I tried to get her full name to report her for her attitude she wouldn't let them tell me. So that being said. While I was trying to order just as I did the previous day this woman kept raising her voice saying you can't change anything yelling at her fellow employee saying that comes from corporate. My wife kept trying to explain that I have injuries that make it impossible to eat most things. Kept cutting us off. So instead of ordering the more meat more cheese with removing rice and adding some extra beans. That's 15.00 I was forced by this woman to pay nearly 22.00 for a build your own bowl I could eat simply because I was shot in the head and can't eat anything on anyone's menu without making adjustments. This woman is loud and rude and should have nothing to do with food service or customer service. As for me and anyone I know if this woman is there we will all simply walk out. As for who she did this too.... I am the owner and and photographer for Eternal Photography and was on a tour. So as I mainly work in fashion and editorial. I will be making a special trip across the country reviewing and photographing every Moe's I pass. I hope other Moe's restaurants are more understanding of disabilities than this Tonka woman at...

I ordered multiple items a kids Quesadilla meal, a stack, and a bowl. When I first started ordering the employee Tonya with pink curly hair walked away 2 times while I was trying to order then rolled her eyes when I said only cheese on it. Then we moved onto the stack which I asked for extra cheese and she very rudely interrupted me as I was trying to say which kind of cheese I wanted and asked aggressively which cheese bc it gets 2 kinds. When I told her easy rice and extra cheese she turned her head rolled her eyes and shook her head before proceeding with my food. As I was trying to tell her my final item the bowl she had walked away and started to help the next customer and got an attitude when I told her I wasn't finished with my order. I asked for chicken and steak in my bowl and she put ground beef in it not steak when I asked for queso she slapped it in and sloshed it up the side. When I asked for extra Lettuce she put a literal pinch more and rolled her eyes when I asked for even more and offered to pay extra. I asked for easy sour cream and she drenched it. Before I could finish my toppings she slapped the lid on it and went to the next customer. I then had to ask another employee for the rest of my toppings on the side. Very rude interaction from the start to the finish and the beef was so greasy I couldn't even eat my bowl. I paid $50 and the only part that tasted decent was the chips that come free. Very disappointing. Never heard of moes until I saw them on undercover boss so this was my first experience. Service was lacking to say the least. No pork so I waited, not long but the girl that was adding the toppings would not listen when I said "there's no meat" and she rolled the burrito. I told her when she finally looked at me that I was waiting on the meat. She unrolled it and added the meat, rerolled and the tortilla broke. She asked if I wanted another tortilla and I said yes, I was driving, and she double wrapped the burrito and I said 3 times that's too much tortilla, the man next to me was laughing as it was ridiculous and she ignored me again. Worst part... black beans under cooked. Hard. So I hard to reconstruct my burrito hours later when I stopped my shift. Won't be back to this pilot that I only stopped for this moes. Don't care to retry moes. If there was a chipotle near by I would definitely...
