Subway — Restaurant in Chillicothe

Waited 35 min for food to be made incorrectly (mobile order). Mine was the only mobile order and there was one other woman getting food- another person took care of her while mine was being made by one. The one who did mine was obviously under the influence of something. I’ll stick to high street or bridge street locations from now on.

Side note she tried telling me she had 15 orders…I was legit standing there for 35 min and the “pick up time” was 10 min before I even showed up. I was the only mobile she was working on. When I was leaving a dasher walked in for an order that hadn’t even...

Don't order online. They don't care for the food that goes out of their store. They neglected to give make a sub, But Then begin toargue with you over the phone because they didn't make the order....this place just has an over all lack of care for service in any matter in my own unbiest opinion. Also product scabbing is a real thing with any subway nowadays but this place takes the plate. I order a garlic steak and cheese and pretty much only got a garlic aoliesub with no meat. PLEASE...

Well one time about 2 weeks ago I went there and was having my sub made while one of the workers had a drug dealer hand him something and took it while making my sub. The next time I went there another idiot named Josh made my sub and didn't put extra cheese on my sub, didn't comprehend that I wanted the sub toasted separately and he acted like he wanted me out of the store. Very unpleased. The workers are teens who don't care and manage to get away...
