KFC — Restaurant in Chillicothe

Well I normally like eating at the kfc in Chillicothe Ohio. The food is usually very good, service is usually good, inside the dining area is usually good. However, tonight I have made the choice that I will not eat at this restraunt again over a specific issue I have a very strong opinion about. My family & I were in line to go through the drive thru to place our order, well my 5 yr old starts a tantrum about needing to go inside to take care of her personal business, so I back up & park to take her inside.This is at 7:50 pm on a Friday night, it's still daylight out, walking to go inside & before we even get away from the car I have one of the 3 workers who are standing outside smoking holler out to me that the dining area is closed. I can understand that restraunts do close dining areas early when not busy, however in this situation we weren't going to go inside to eat or place our order, still had planned to do that through the drive thru. This was about a 5 yr old needing to take care of her needs instead we were told this by workers who are outside smoking. I don't understand how it would've hurt anyone or held up anything by not allowing a child to handle her personal business while they stood & smoked. I don't know the exact count of how many workers were working but I do know that I have been eating here for 10 plus yrs and there usually isn't many employees, 7 or 8 is most I think I probably have ever seen during different shifts that I have visited the place over the yrs, I just know that in this situation 3 of those employees were standing outside, yet my 5 yr old was denied to handle her business when I have been & was going to be once again a paying customer. So yes, it may sound petty to some but I feel strongly different about it considering the fact I have eaten here at this restraunt for yrs & kfc in general has received large amounts of money from myself for over many yrs, but my child child can't use the services. Adults we can handle things differently, for children it's not always the case. REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY ALOT OF THE BUSINESSES OUR BEING RAN THESE DAYS, ESPECIALLY IN THIS SITUATION. REALLY WANTED CHICKEN FOR DINNER FROM KFC. I'LL JUST STICK TO SACK & SAVE OR CORNER MARKET TO TAKE CARE OF MY FRIED CHICKEN NEEDS...

I will never go to Chillicothe KFC again. The first time I went through the drive thru and was told I needed to place my order an hour ahead to get all dark meat. So I placed my order. $42 later and an hour they forgot my cole slaw. (I live 15 miles away). I called and was told i had to bring my entire meal back. I explained how far away I live. They didn't care. I asked if they were gonna give me a fresh bucket. No! I didn't go back. They ask u to bring back your entire meal to discourage u from doing so. Then 2day I order $46. I purposefully called ahead. Again, an hour wait. When I got there the parking lot was empty and no one in the drive thru either. I got home and no bisquits and the chicken was cold. I called again and again no accountability or customer service. I was told that biscuits were not on the order form. Correct me if I'm wrong but biscuits come with your meal, always! Duh! I shouldn't have to special order freaking biscuits. And my chicken was cold. If I have to wait an hour the chicken should b hot and fresh. I'm tired of spending this kind of money for piss pore customer service. I will never go here again. They won't get me a 3rd time. From now on I go to Waverly. It's a little further but at least the customer service isn't shitty. I'm totally disgusted! And, I'm not normally one to complain. But this is...

This place sucks. Terrible attitude by man working there @6:15 pm on Feb 24, 2024. I will never go to this place again. I was told there was a 5 minute wait for fries, and no problem, because I figured they would be fresh. But I was told 3 times as if trying to get me to change my mind. I went through the drive through and was not asked whether I wanted original chicken, or extra crispy. When it was brought out to me by the same rude man that took my order, I asked if I could get extra crispy instead of the original I was given. Rudely, the man took it and stated that would be another wait. After a few minutes he returned, handed me back the bag and said that they had no extra crispy and if I insisted, it would be another 35 minute wait. I hadn't been to KFC for several years because of poor service and poor quality of product. My wife won't go to KFC for any amount of money. So, today I chose to drive 6 miles out of my way to visit this store on Western Ave in Chillicothe, Ohio. Now I realize why I haven't visited KFC for so long, and it was tremendously worse now than ever before. KFC needs to end. People deserve better that rude employees and greasy nasty...
