Taco Bell — Restaurant in Chillicothe

8/15/25 I waited at the front counter for my order to be taken from 6:16 to 6:42 in the evening. 26 minutes. At 6:25 the woman who was telling the others what to do, said to me from the back that they would be a second, to use the kiosk. They were sending order after order, non stop, through the drive thru. People would come in behind me and then leave. There is no care for the customer, no care for the loss of revenue due to lack of service. And my son had to fight to get someone to acknowledge him to get the cup of cheese they forgot, only to be told he had to pay .60 some cents for it even though they forgot to put it in our order, period. So...lose multiple orders from lost customers that quickly adds or but make sure we charge. 60 some cents for a cup of cheese.

There is currently a customer up front waiting, now that I'm finally sitting and eating, telling the workers about more customers that just walked out, and he himself has been waiting for a while and has kids in the car, hungry.

Absolute worst customer service ive ever...

If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would. The food used to be really good at this location, always came out hot and was delicious. For some reason over the past few months, they’ve really been off their A game. Food usually comes out lukewarm, customized orders aren’t even made and are given plain. The customer service is.. definitely odd. You’ll either have a nice employee, or one who’s not mentally here. It’s been more than once I’ve come through the parking lot to see a couple employees smoking weed. ON TOP OF THAT. My food was completely soggy and soaked and they told me to wait for 10 minutes just for food that looks like it was made last night. The other day I Just wanted some warm food late at night and they weren’t open, even though it says they’re open til 2am.. just wish this specific location was back...

Order through drive threw i ordered 2 crunch wraps they had no meat at all.i got the.pizza meal ot was smashed to the cardboard to bad to eat the. 2 taco supreme were on hard shells.i ask for soft eith no sour cream they had sour cream o ordered.
