The food was fine. But the service and lack of concern today was appalling. First the place was virtually empty except for the few customers that were in the play area. And a couple cars in the drive thru. There was also 1 customer waiting just in front of my friend and I. It took several minutes to be waited on. When we finally did get our order. I was handed a cup and proceeded to the drink station. A bucket and a wet floor sign was against the sales counter away from the actual drink station. Where the water was actually laying. Not realizing the floor was soaked with water. I slipped and pulled my back and leg. My friend told the girl that I had fallen. And her only response was there's a wet floor sign there. Not once did she care enough to even ask if I was OK. She eventually came around the counter and begin mopping. And finally put the wet floor sign where it should have been all along. I should have taken my friends advice and demanded to fill out an accident report. Which feeling the pain in my back and leg tonight. I realize It would have been a good idea. I just think that the employees should be trained on how to deal with accidents . As well as how to prevent accidents. Like placing wet floor signs where they need to be. I'm a 64 year old lady with a bad back and weak bones. I could have easily broken a hip. I certainly hope the company will address safety issues such as this and provide proper training and a little compassion and concern might not hurt either. Read moreWe visited this Burger King, as we were attending a birthday party for my granddaughter. The food was pretty good, my only complaint is that my daughter-in-law had reserved the room where the play area is, and we only had the room for 2 hours, and while we were there, there were 4 other kids that ended up coming into the play area and were running through the thing that the kids were playing on and yelling and being very loud. They also kept running in and out of the room. I felt that if the room was reserved for a party, then no one else should have been allowed in the play area until we were done having our party, and that should have been the manager's responsibility to let other patrons know that. A note could have even been put on the door saying that there was a party in progress, and if you weren't weren't there to attend the party then you should not be in the play area. My grandkids did complain about the other kids that had come into the play area...
Read moreAsked for fresh fries... visually watched the "manager" proceed to dump old cold fries in with the new hot fries. I call him out on it and he totally denies it... even though I saw it with my own eyes. I paid for a meal but did not, in the end, get any fries. I think the manager needs more training. On a better note.. my burger was delicious.
**gave them another chance and this time I ordered through the mobile app. Picked it up through drive thru. The service, this time, was ok at best. Ordered 2 original chicken sandwichs. Simple right? Of course not. Both chicken sandwiches were burnt and somewhat hard. They mess up every single time I order from this location. And it was the same manager AGAIN!!
Maybe the employee's would benefit ALOT more training. I have no faith in the manager though is a hard pass. NOTHING...
