Just got back from Casa of Western Ave. We were the first ones through, though people lined up behind us as we waited. We got our food, and didn't want to run up their times, so we pulled out, and as we did we checked, and noticed our chicken quesadilla was missing. We got back in line, while waiting realizing, there was no spicy sauce on the burrito. We got our quesadilla and asked to have some of the specific spicy sauce that comes on the burrito. The young guy at the window said sure, BUT he'd ring us up for it, and the man making the food, said he'd just give it to us. I thought he was being nice. But turns out it wasn't the burrito sauce, it was the sauce that would've been free anyway. My bf used to work there and saw it when we got home, and knew it wasn't the one it was supposed to be. When it comes to Casa, there's no comparison, but we prefer the one on Bridge St. They have better customer service and the meat somehow tastes better. The fact that we went through twice and were missing an item, then we're going to be charged for another thing that was missing as well, just to still get the wrong one in the end, is a bit...
Read moreI want to start off with I Love Casa and have been eating there with my family for over 20 years. This location has the absolute worst service out of any restaurant in Chillicothe. Over the last 2-3 months almost every visit we a greeted in the drive through by the most rude woman Iâve ever dealt with. It never fails you order your first item and directly after you finish saying them item she will tell you to pull foward. I have worked in food and retail and understand needing to be quick. But to rush customers and be rude while doing it is entirely unacceptable, especially with patrons who buy from the buisness multiple times a week. I see many other reviews stating they received terrible service and that absolutely shows management is failing the customers that keep this business afloat. You need to train the staff that directly works with your customers, to be polite and how to properly take a order. Again I donât write reviews I usually shrug things like this off and blame it on a bad day, or a busy one. But when itâs almost every visit for months Iâve finally had to...
Read moreThey had 40cent hard tacos today, probably the busiest day in their history to celebrate their 40 year anniversary and let me tell you that place was packed inside and out the cops were in the street directing traffic it was so bad, lined up down the street and inside was just as bad....but that place was CLEAN! That line that wrapped around the island went fast even despite the 15 to 20 ppl already waiting with a ticket in hand. People were ordering 30, 40 tacos at a time and they kept that line flowing like water. Even the drive thru was going. I ordered 25 tacos an they gave me 27 just to be sure. Every single taco was made nice an neat an had PLENTY of meat on it! I'm blown away at how much that store handled such a crowd and had the orders right. Not a single person came back in to complain about their order and mine was delicious and made above my expectations. I'm very impressed with this restaurant and every time I have a late night drunkard urge for a taco THIS is the place I'm going...
