Tacos are my favorite. But what makes a taco extra good? Homemade tortillas made to order! Any time I Go to a new area that I am not familiar with. I search for homemade tortillas when I am hungry. Don't get me wrong. I'm sure I can get a decent taco anywhere. But when you add in homemade tortillas. It brings the taco to a new level. I have been to lots of Mexican food restaurants that use home made tortillas, but sometimes they make them ahead of time and then use them when they have an order. This place is one of the places that does not make them until you place an order. They taste so fresh and soft and delicious. I ordered Carne asada and the meat was delicious too. As you can see by the picture I like my tacos with lettuce and tomato. You can thank my mom and taco bell for that. Lol. I highly recommend giving this place a shot. The owner said they also make the sopes, muiltas, and huaraches from scratch too. Plus they have coke zero which is an extra...

This place…..is PHENOMENAL. Ordered the chili verde plate with corn tortillas, the tortillas are homemade and will teleport your tastebuds to Mexico….the chili verde has a problem. It’s extraordinarily addicting. This could be a health hazard as my diet got thrown out the window and wraps full of juicy delicious chili verde in unbelievably delicious corn tortillas were made and spoon after spoon of yummy rice and beans were followed…if you look up “gem” in the dictionary this Casa Victoria should be right there. Needless to say i ordered a plate of carnitas for lunch and now concentrating at work has become a challenge for the plate calls for me and my belly answers with rumbles to go finish that off too. Why did i go here? Don’t eat here unless you’re seriously reconsidering eating seriously delicious Mexican food that will tantalize your taste buds and have u drool for more. Finally authentic Mexican food. Tortillas are hand made in house, the horchata is not full of sugar and had real cinnamon, staff is lovely. Their potato tacos are very crispy, and have a beautiful fresh cotija.

But let's get down to the real story here, their tacos and meats are DELICIOUS. The asada is properly grilled and Charred in all the right places, fat is trimmed but not 100%gone. The al pastor has great flavor and NOT dripping with grease,little bit of onion in there. Carnitas were probably my favorite, I usually order them extra crispy because the fattiness is too chewy otherwise, but this place knows their fat and how to reduce grease and cook it right. I'm so impressed and will be back, I will become a regular without a doubt.

Oh, and the pickled carrots and onion with jalapeño is super fresh, all of their ingredients are. Sauces are flavorful but not burn your mouth hot....
