Discriminates against Hispanics
The worst experience ever at a Little Ceasar pizza. It really bothers me to say this, i was racially discriminated against at this location. I ended up having to ask for a refund in the location. I went in and ordered five pizzas to go for a two year olds birthday. I was told the pizzas were not ready and i would have to wait. So i did, during the 20 minute wait, two white men came into the store, one ordered four pizza's, and he was given his order almost immediately. At that moment i stood up and asked why i was skipped. The woman at the register said that my pizza's still were not ready. Shortly after, another white man came into the store and ordered one pizza. He also was given his pizza immediately. I thought to myself, thats five pizza's they just gave out. Something is not right. At that moment i decided i would no longer put up with being treated unfairly. So i went to the register and asked them for a refund and to cancel my order. The woman at the register said ok, then walked away. Then another woman came out with an attitude, who said she was the manager. She harrassed me a bit but ultimately refunded my order. Placed an order for pick up, arrived at the time that it was supposed to be ready and I went to open the locker to get my order and 2 out of 3 pizzas were missing, went to check on them and they claimed they were in the locker and after checking they said “oh, someone probably stole them”. In order to open the locker you need to put the code they sent you and when I arrived they were supposed to be ready and they weren’t. Most probably they put the other two pizzas in the incorrect locker and someone else took them. The staff was of no help, no free items or courtesy refund was issue for making me and my family wait for an additional 30 minutes. The first pizza I received was cold by the time I got home. Also, we purchased a soda and wings on a separate transaction and they told me I couldn’t pay with a 20 dollar bill because they didn’t have change. However, a few minutes later they were taking everyone’s cash and giving them change. Read moreWent & ordered a large pepperoni/ pineapple pizza & breadsticks. Total was $11.69. Gave the cashier $20 & she gives me a $5 & tells me that they are out of ones & quarters, so she couldn't give me all my change. Asked to speak to the manager & he tells me the same thing, but makes no effort to offer me a way to get my change. When I said I wasn't leaving until I got my change, he grabbed a key & started to pull rolled change out of another register... It should NEVER be a loss to the customer, if a store can't give the correct change!!!! The manager should've stopped taking cash, until they could make change, & the cashier should've warned customers BEFOREHAND so they could have the option to use a card instead. All I could think is HOW MANY OTHER PPL DID THIS STORE STEAL FROM?!?!...
