Came in around 1 pm (lunch time) on Thursday, 05/01/25 and waited because apparently you cannot seat yourself. There was about two to three booths with customers but it was basically empty. You had three sushi chefs and three ladies, one was walking around tending to customers while other two girls were behind a curtain doing god knows what. We waited patiently and not ONE person acknowledge us or said we'll be with you in a moment. My wife and were completely ignored by the entire staff. I've been to this place several times but have never felt so disrespected by any business. Needles to say, just before we walked I asked if anyone was going to acknowledge us and got nothing which to be honest infuriated me and caused me to say out loud that they had poor customer service and then we walked out. Read moreUpdate: 12/15/2023. It is still very slow getting orders out for Ayce. Only a few people were dining and waiters had multiple moments where they weren't serving anyone, just cleaning up. We'll be dining elsewhere from now on, spending 2-3 hours in a restaurant is not okay for us.
My partner and I came in for AYCE dinner and spent 3 hours here because of poor shift management. There appeared to be only two servers for an almost full house. Orders came out extremely slowly and I felt like we were being ignored. Not once asked if I needed a refill, and when I tried to get the check It took forever because I was repeatedly not seen for other tasks. Read moreThey were busy this night granted, but my experience tonight was truly unexpected. I love the food and enjoy eating here so much.
Tonight sadly was a complete and utter mess. We were sat around 7:30 and we ordered our 1st round. Waited 30 mins (we assumed since there were 3 huge parties). Our 1st round partially came and then we waited the rest of the time with no food.
We ordered all you can eat. And by 8:30 the girl told us it was our last round. We didn't even recieve our 1st round completely or our 2nd round at all. As i told her this she mentioned that 2 other tables had the same issue. I was baffled.
We left hungry I only paid for the rolls we got which ended up being the 37. I paid for a full all you can eat to not even eat.
