Starbucks — Restaurant in Chino

It’s a NO for me!! Went in today about 5 minutes ago and the lady taking my order was very nice...However, the lady making the drinks is a completely different story. She had short, shoulder length, red hair and glasses. I don’t know if she was a manager or what, but her attitude stinks. From her rudely telling the cashier that she rung something up wrong, to her making my drink wrong and having an attitude that I told her it was wrong, and finally her walking away when I was explaining to her that she should have a more positive attitude because we( the customers) have done nothing wrong to her to deserve being addressed like that. I’m shocked Starbucks hires those types of people to manage their stores.

The BEST employees/team including managers I've ever known! I don't even know where to begin. The staff here is incredibly welcoming, so friendly so sweet. They go above and beyond! Starbucks is so lucky to have these employees. I've seen how other customers are treated, everyone walks out happy. Despite the closer starbucks locations in my area, I drive the extra mile just because of how amazing the customer service is here. There are many loyal customers that only come to this specific location. Whenever you see a lot of customers returning it tells you something very special about a business. I hope corporate understands how lucky they are and recognizes the excellent service provided by the team. Just trying to order a Dark roast coffee, the employee told me that they only have Pike and ready to pour it out, I asked if she can make it as others Starbucks (we have like 6 Starbucks around my area) normally did when they were out. She said NO. Really??? I have NEVER had a problem of ordering a coffee from Starbucks regardless of what time of the day it was. Some others Starbucks employees even told me that as long as they're open, they'll make it for you. Well, I guess this Starbucks needs to re-train its employees.
