Pizzita Circle - Mediterranean Kebab Grill & NY Style Pizza — Restaurant in Chino

The lady (assumably the owner) talks to you as if she is doing a favor by selling you food. Terrible service. Why is she in a restaurant business if she makes it obvious that she doesn’t like serving people and all she cares about is your money? Wish I didn’t leave her a tip. She was very arrogant, I should have canceled the order and leave. Was there three years ago, did not like her attitude. Tried today again … the same… Same lady, same attitude… Paid like in an expensive restaurant, left with very unpleasant feeling. By the way, during last three years their midsize pizza shrunk into a joke size and quality, waste of money. Their kebabs are not the same either, they are much smaller and dry. All pictures posted in reviews below are old, their food does not look the same anymore, again it is much smaller in size and looks dry, including pizza and kebabs. Why do they claim their pizza being NY stile? Where in NY did they see pizza like that? Their add is misleading. They do not sell NY style pizza. Not recommended. Will not go there anymore, the second chance is failed. No wonder it was empty. For the same price I will enjoy delicious food with quality service somewhere else. To the owner: Change your attitude, quality of food, and service! Your business depends on customers like myself and our money. Don’t like us? Go out...

Looking for a healthy meal? Chicken, beef and lamb. Mediterranean style. Pitas, salads (health salad dressing options) and 10" pizzas. If you are vegan, this is one place to make as a fave. Price $$. Credit/debit card or cash.

My favorite is a pita falafel made with mild jalapeno flavored pita bread [also white & wheat] add one of the 3 hummus'- garlic, jalapeno or regular hummus. Add garlic or tazitzi sauce, tabouli, black olives, chopped zucchini, pickled turnips. (other options - chopped white onions, sliced jalapeno peppers, diced tomatoes and peperoncini).

2 small tables (no umbrella) that seat 2 directly outside the entrance. Other tables with a umbrella are located within a short walking distance.

Depending on the time and day, the Del Taco drive-thru traffic can cause parking to be difficult. Also the parking lot/spaces are shared with the 11 other eateries within a "stone throw"...

I have been coming to this restaurant for several years, and unfortunately, the customer service from the women behind the counter has been consistently unfriendly. I have always been polite and respectful when ordering, but I am often met with scowls or curt responses.

On my most recent visit, I came in with a friend for lunch. Before ordering, we stood off to the side to look over the menu and decide what we wanted. During that time, I noticed the two women behind the counter staring at us and giving us unwelcoming looks. It made us both feel uncomfortable, as if we were being judged simply for talking while we decided especially since we stood in the corner making room for anyone else who might want to order.

This pattern has been the same over the years, and it’s disappointing, the atmosphere is clean and nice but the service experience really takes away from it. I truly hope management addresses the staff’s attitude toward customers, as I believe a more welcoming approach would make a...
