More advice to the manager here: stop underfilling drinks when you bar. People don't pay 7-8 dollars for this...
Advise to the Manager who doesnt know how to run the store:
You have several potential people on the floor. Heres how you should run your bar
Customer Support: Have them ring up front/warming Bar 1: Hot Drinks for Mobile/cafe and Drive Bar 2: Cold Drinks, frapps, and Mobile cold drinks Window Person: DTO/Window occasional warming instead of standing there at window waiting
and you occasionally have another person
you could make them strictly mobile/cafe orders or customer support or WARMING
i dont get what is so hard about this? Everytime I go to this starbucks location its messy and crazy and it doesnt have to be. The manager is weird...she sees me waiting for a long time at the hand off plane then waits 20 min to ask what im waiting for....No ones coordinated...I used to work at a sbux a few years ago....like I dont understand...Its not even the baristas fault its the horrible plays they are running on the floor....take my advice...ths is the slowest starbucks in this district. i only go here bc its close by but sometimes will drive to mountain and riverside to get stuff in stead...

Still the worst starbucks in the area. Poor customer service and beverage quality! ...not filled all the way and not shaken....terrible for the amount of money you pay
Terrible beverage quality. I received this... pink drinks aren't supposed to look like this... u can tell the barista got lazy and didn't want to shake it bc it was separated... upon asking nicely if it could be remade and add more coconut milk they handed me the same beverage with barely any ice and unapologetic ... no change... I gave up and went over to Mountain and Riverside and they happily replaced my beverage for me and made it right. I ended up tipping them instead. To the baristas at euclid and Schaefer learn how to make proper beverages... no customer should be paying almost 6-8 dollars for something like this. Do better and stop being lazy. Read moreI often mobile order from this Starbucks due to the proximity to my job. They are always friendly, welcoming, and get my order correct. I usually get a quad espresso over extra ice with 3 pumps classic (I add my own cream bc I only like a tiny bit). I noticed recently they have someone "working" the mobile orders. They stand out from behind the counter and organize the mobile orders on the table and greet you when you come in. Today was extra special because of the notes she left on my mobile order. I dont know if they notice the same name on the same type of order each morning but they dont usually see my face bc I run in and out. But taking the time for these nice notes just starts my day off right. It was very sweet and a little gesture went a long way. Spoke with my staff this morning about how these small gestures can make a HUGE impact....
Read moreI have no choice but to leave 1 star, but I'd like to give this location zero stars!! 😠 I pull up at 5:30pm on a Saturday and the drive thru lane is blocked off 🚫, and the front doors are locked as well, when store hours says they close at 9pm!! There was two employees inside wiping things down and putting chairs up... why? As I was leaving, there was another customer pleading with the girl mopping inside to make him a drink, and it didn't look like they were going to open up. If going out on Saturday nights is more important to these kids than keeping an honest job, then why not hire more mature people to run the store?? I'm sure there's workers better fit for the job! BAD BUSINESS...
