Subway — Restaurant in Chino

The employee by the name of Daniel was very rude to me because of his own incompetence of being able to take an order right! I don’t know if this kid is on some kind of medication but I had to keep telling him the items I wanted on my sandwich. He claimed also to not have any avocados but never even went to look for some in the back and no notice was put out to inform customers that they were out of avacado. When he was charging me he couldn’t get it right that I wanted one as a combo then got frustrated and told me that I was being rude! They are obviously over worked cuz they only had two people helping a full store of customers! He was very unprofessional and it seemed that all his piercings were getting in the way of him being able to listen properly to the customers. Daniel needs to go back to training or get a different job cuz you obviously can’t handel the pressure of making a sandwich and charging the customer correctly much less being nice and respectful. Maybe he needs to go get his ears checked since he can’t hear the order right when you say it regular but then wants to say something to the customer cuz we have to shout it to him! Please hire...

I came into this place. It's not my first time however, my daughter plays softball nearby so usually like to come in and make sure that she has a good snack during break time. Well I went in. There was the lady that was helping me was very rude. She had AirPods in and she kept making her repeat myself over and over I ordered 26 inch sandwiches and she kept asking me the same questions over and over so I suggested she probably take her AirPods out. She could probably hear me a little better. I'm pretty sure that kind of ticked her off because she Added so much mustard to the sandwich and it was already soggy and leaked to the bag and the wrapper had ripped by the time I got back to a yellow park, which is only a five minute drive I didn't notice obviously until I got here. She didn't even wrap the sandwich up. It was just a complete mess. It was nasty. It was unfortunate cause I used the gift card that my son got me for Mother's Day Very...

First time I went there it was excellent, I ordered a black forest ham protein bowl, they put 10 slices of ham, second time 6, third time 5. In my last visit while ordering I was asked to move forward so they could attend other customers behind me I moved as asked and when I told them I needed another order one of the employees said to me" next time say everything you need so we dont have to go back" I've been to a few other sub places and I am always asked if I need anything else, it didnt happen here and I mentioned it to the employee I wasnt asked anything before being asked to move forward, she was like hum hum ok but next time order everything together.

Definitely they need to be better trained in how to prepare orders and how to serve...
