I love Centro Basco. I have been coming for years on weekends for the family style lunch and today I tried the dine in weekday lunch service and was not disappointed.
I had three scrumptious pan seared lamb chops with a crispy, flavorful outside and tender meaty inside smothered in chopped garlic. The lamb was excellent, full of flavor and prepared well with sides of mashed potatoes and garlic green beans.
For dessert I had a homemade pumpkin cheesecake that was heavenly. It's texture was perfect and the crust was out of this world. The addition of a dollop of whipped cream brought everything together for a delightful dessert.
I've never had a bad experience here and have enjoyed coming with groups of 15+ for family style weekends. The staff is incredible and know how to treat you right. See you again soon Centro Basco!

No, not true… it’s just because, well, ya gotta start somewhere! Listen, from great appetizers like garlic shrimp and jalapeño poppers to a wonderful soup d’jour and salad on to a huge selection of entrees, we did not lack for feast-worthy repast. Did I mention these guys have been at this for eighty-plus years? Seriously, go try some Basque food and let them show you the true Basque hospitality. You deserve it. BTW, they serve wines from another region classic, Galleano Wines, just down the road. Stop by...

This is an old school restaurant serving up home style classics. You'll have a say as to how rare you want your steak to be, but don't expect substitutions. You'll find there's no reason to mess with a good thing.
Dishes range from salmon, roasted chicken, lamb/pork chops, oxtails, etc. All are served with bread, soup, beans and salad.

The place is old school classy, but not pretentious. The staff is friendly and the...
