I love Centro Basco. I have been coming for years on weekends for the family style lunch and today I tried the dine in weekday lunch service and was not disappointed.

I had three scrumptious pan seared lamb chops with a crispy, flavorful outside and tender meaty inside smothered in chopped garlic. The lamb was excellent, full of flavor and prepared well with sides of mashed potatoes and garlic green beans.

For dessert I had a homemade pumpkin cheesecake that was heavenly. It's texture was perfect and the crust was out of this world. The addition of a dollop of whipped cream brought everything together for a delightful dessert.

I've never had a bad experience here and have enjoyed coming with groups of 15+ for family style weekends. The staff is incredible and know how to treat you right. See you again soon Centro Basco!

To say this place has good bread and cheese and great table wine may sound like I don’t have very high standards or may have undershot a top rating just so I don’t have to say anything mean. No, not true… it’s just because, well, ya gotta start somewhere! Listen, from great appetizers like garlic shrimp and jalapeño poppers to a wonderful soup d’jour and salad on to a huge selection of entrees, we did not lack for feast-worthy repast. Taylor, our waitress quarterbacked a team that took great care of us in a lovely family atmosphere. And SHE’S got her own menu item, the veal with mushrooms! Did I mention these guys have been at this for eighty-plus years? Seriously, go try some Basque food and let them show you the true Basque hospitality. You deserve it. BTW, they serve wines from another region classic, Galleano Wines, just down the road. Stop by...

Centro Basco specializes in cuisine from the Basque country, which lies between parts of northern Spain and southern France.

This is an old school restaurant serving up home style classics. You'll have a say as to how rare you want your steak to be, but don't expect substitutions. You'll find there's no reason to mess with a good thing.

Dishes range from salmon, roasted chicken, lamb/pork chops, oxtails, etc. All are served with bread, soup, beans and salad.

They also have days in which the dinner is served family style. If this is the case, you'll need to call in ahead to find out what the main entry will be — or just drop in and go with the flow.

If you're looking for a low key place to have a cocktail, there is a bar with a few seats.

The place is old school classy, but not pretentious. The staff is friendly and the...

First of all , this is NOT authentic french restaurant, nor Spanish, not basque at all. Put few french words like "fait maison" "soupe du jour"on the menu, it does Not make a French restaurant. Let me tell you why, The calamari I can taste nothing but salt and oil, what am i eating?? Bacon jalapeno is Tex-Mex style was ok. The Veal , dear Lord , this is the worst ever, the most terrible veal I ever tasted. How the veal can be wrong ?? And The side veggies are from the CANS !! I do not recommend it at all, it is not French, it is not Spanish and it is definitely not Basque. and I will never come back to this restaurant ever again Oh almost forgot, there is something is French, the service style is very French, so slow and so hard to find your waitress.
