3 Way Thrift Store — Local services in Chino

Today as usual I shop here leave half my check here with you guys I come here even if prices have gone up becuz I enjoy it everyone usually very nice but this one girl named Vivian skinny with glasses two buns she had today 6/21/23 very rude when I asked her if I could see a shirt she was about to put away answered me very rudely don’t you see I’m putting it away! 😱 I right away told her she didn’t have to answer me soo rudely felt very uncomfortable the rest of my shop and I buy lots everyone knows me there even when I went to go pay she was looking at me with attitude and rudely I have never felt soo uncomfortable in all the years going there and it’s not the first time Iv seen her be rude to staff and customers next time she’s rude to me I’m gonna bring the manager right over to her so she stops with the bad customer service not ok hope the owner takes in consideration this becuz I’m not the one to come n rant like this on the other hand Saul needs a raise he was very kind to me made me feel a comfortable and apologize for her actions works very hard always hear everyone call him greets us with a smile thank u for having employees like him you need more like SAUL! Thank u will be seeing me more hopefully with less attitude...

I'm not to fond of this store. The workers are rude and helpless. One day I went to the furniture area and I noticed a customer complaining about a young guy who works there, about him not speaking in English. It's fine I get it, maybe it's necessary to speak English if you have to talk to customers. But the manager and this other older man were making fun of him along with the customer for not speaking in English. I asked the guy if he understood what they were saying, he said "a little bit". I asked him if he felt bad or humiliated and he responded with a yes. So anyway, that plus the many more times the staff is rude, just makes me not want to ever go there again. Honestly, I don't recommend anyone going there anymore. Their prices are ridiculous! I went today and they put a price on some ornaments for $12.99 wow... what a joke! I used to always donate to them but now I rather donate to Inkind, Goodwill, Salvation Army and other stores too. 3 way should represent what they say they stand for, Christianity. My wife and I love going to the thrift store just to shop. We love that we can shop without breaking the bank. In fact, we tend to go almost every Saturday. We love 3-Way except for their RUDE manager, Lisa. If it were not for her, I would rate 5 Stars, not 2.

She was so rude to me that I stopped going for almost a year. For example, I am diabetic and every once in a while I really need to use the facilities. She refused to allow me to use them, so I found another employee who understood my dilemma. C'mon! I thought it was illegal to not have restrooms available to customers. Hmm!

The straw that broke the camel's back was when I asked if a price was correct. She got VERY snooty with me, like I was trying to rip them off. REALLY?

(My wife is making me go again, even though I am still quite "salty" over this.)

By the way, we had excellent service from a sales associate named Savannah. She was very helpful and pleasant. Maybe they should consider her for the manager role. If so, I am sure more people...
