I love Farmer Boys but this is the first time I am offened and disgusted with the way I was treated and worst yet by a manager. I was at this location early Monday morning grabbing something to eat as I was moving to the area to my new home and was finishing up cleaning and painting so I dis not look the best. 3 hispanic people walk in the manager Stacey ignored us for like 15mins, I had some questions regarding the breakfast burrito and she flat out refused to provide an answer to my question. We ordered 3 coffees which slammed the cups on the counter she poured 1 and half cup cold and said here i will give u the other cup after i make more. I asked her could i have all three fresh brewed coffee's. She made a face threw everything in the trash slammed the coffee pot down and was completely overall just rude. She sent a worker to ask us if we wanted condiments with our order as it was to go and she made a mess in the bag by throwing all of it inside. Then she again slams the cups on the counter she over pours coffee on them then i go throw some out to put creams she starts to talk bad as fresh brewed coffee and now i am throwing it away bit being very rude. As I pour creamer in my coffee i noticed it was leaking out but i figured ok its from me pouring out coffee, well as i walked outside the cup completely colapsed on me, burned my hand, go back side and she said that is not her responsibility. I get home and a second cup did the same thing. The manner which as a manager she treated me and my family so unprofessional and the worst to say that i got burn from the coffee she made slamming cups down and all not empathizing is just wrong. I tried to reach out to store manager no reply. So if you go early and this so called manager is there just turn around as she won't make u feel welcomed it's more along the lines as your bothering her to go there to eat while she is gossiping. Visited the drive thru at this location on April 19th at 2pm. There was only one car in the drive thru and thought I could get a quick bite to eat. The car in front waited for about 3 minutes to place their order. When I reached the speaker immediately I was told to wait. No please. I waited for approximately 5 minutes to place my order. During that time 3 cars had lined up behind me. My thoughts were that since it was after the lunch rush, that there was a shortage of help, as most restaurants send people home after busy times. So, I was patient, thinking there must be one person covering the counter and drive thru. Finally someone came to take my order. Those 3 cars that were behind me while I waited to place my order left before I even placed my order. The car that was before me was still at the window, and I waited an additional 4 minutes to reach the window. When I got there, no one acknowledged me. I sat there an additional 4 minutes. Nothing. What really perturbed me was that there were 4 employees standing by the window, one was spinning her keys on a lanyard, I'm guessing she was the manager on duty. They just stood there engaging in chit chat and totally ignoring me! After 5 minutes waiting and their conversation not concluding, and not being acknowledged I left and had to get a lower quality lunch at McDonalds, since it was the only other drive thru around.

Read moreI’m not even a review leaving type of person these days, but this location is atrocious. And before asking why I kept coming back, CONVENIENCE. This location is one of the only food establishments close to my place of employment so I frequent it. I’ve had multiple different negative experiences here and no one seems to care. Management included. The last straw for me was last week when I ordered the same breakfast sandwich I always get, that they can never seem to make correctly, and the cashier (black woman with receding hairline) dropped my debit card out of the window and didn’t even try to apologize. She just stared at me blankly. I had to pull my car forward and get out to get it which then prompted the driver behind me to pull forward and not allow me to reverse back to the window to wait for my food. So I then had to stand outside my car and wait. This employee in particular has NEVER been friendly. Even on occasions where she wasn’t helping me, she had an attitude. And I’m not the only person who’s seen it. I’ve visited with coworkers as well and they’ve seen it also. If she’s in some sort of management position I believe there should be some retraining done ASAP. She clearly doesn’t know how to properly provide customer service. I say all this to say, with as much money as you charge for the food here, the customer service should be unparalleled. I will not be returning and will definitely tell everyone I know not to patronize this...
